Aldo of ALS Computer Service was friendly, fast and efficient in fixing my printer at a very reasonable.price. Beyond that, I felt Aldo was willing to go the extra mile in helping accommodate my busy schedule, staying open after typical business hours to make sure my printer could be serviced. Should I ever have any future printer troubles again and/or computer repairs required, will certainly check with Aldo first.

I spent 25 min on the phone with Aldo regarding an old model Brother printer that offered NO support. We had a lovely discussion in which he answered all my questions and recommended HP or Canon. HP is good for parts. (Another printer fix-it guy told me it'S difficult to get parts for Brother).Be careful with the Staples warranty to see if they cover software issues.Aldo wouldn'T accept any dough for his time. Maybe I should offer to take him out for a beer.

Aldo's response was fast: he came within the hour and was very thorough in his examination of my printer. My printer is now repaired and that's better for the environment than buying a new one! Professional service, very knowledgeable, reasonable rates. I highly recommend.

My colour laser Samsung printer works very well now that Aldo has fixed it. He cleaned it, and sent me pictures of the result of the cleaning, but felt the drum needed to be replaced to improve even more the quality of the printing. He was right, but did not pressure me to replace the drum. All together very satisfied with the service I got. Michèle Wilson

Terrible customer service. I asked for a printer to be looked at. Aldo said he will take a look in a day that turned into a week that end up him saying the laptop needs to be opened up (even though I gave him the printer). He eventually corrected him and made up reason, because I was desperate to get fixed so I said open it up and fix it. Called back a few days after, forget about the printer, and problem again, start referring to the laptop. That was it for me with Aldos. He even dare to even ask for $20 to take a look at it. Terrible service!

Delighted to have discovered Aldo! Great, fast, honest service. Somehow we'd jammed the paper tray in our laser printer on top of another problem - and were unable to remove it ourselves. Aldo diligently worked his magic to bring our printer back to excellent working order. Very fair pricing and, in our case, next day turnaround.

My 4-year-old laptop computer was getting slower and slower by the day and intermittently freezing. I took it to Aldo who quickly diagnosed a failing hard drive. He replaced the hard drive and my laptop now functions smoothly and is as fast as or faster than it has ever been. The cost was reasonable and I am very pleased. I would recommend his services to anyone needing computer repairs.
