Daughter and I had oil change done here, good quality service, reasonable price, helpful and explained what he was doing as he did it. Did not feel wool pulled over eyes because I'm a woman who doesn't know much about mechanics etc, felt very comfortable and knowledgeable per the attendants actions,would recommend to others.

Professional work and service at a reasonable price. Keep in mind that they start closing the shop at 15 minutes before their posted close hour (5:45 for days that it is 6:00), they will instruct you to come back tomorrow.

It would be nice to have a description of what is or isn't included in the different levels of washes available. Are they just shorter washes or do they add product. It's super handy when you don't have the ability to wand wash yourself. But middle level wash couldn't get bird dropping clean off the side door, so either longer wash, more product or more pressure is needed. It's a good option for washing, but it's a guessing game.

I don't know a thing about mechanics, but these guys do. The gentlemen at The Lube Shop are also polite and helpful. Yesterday, they pointed out that one of my tires was getting a bit soft, so they pumped it up with air. As well, they reported a serious oil leak from the engine of my trusty and aging Ford. The guys at the shop recommended two local mechanics in Peace River for me to check out.

Had an oil change and they did not tighten the filter proper. Was leaking oil. Never noticed right away. The guy that was on top had no idea on what he was looking at on the dipstick. Looked at it many times trying to figure it out. Will never go back there or recommend it.

Service was good friendly however, they never did ask me what oil I wanted nor did they actually top the engine oil all the way up when it pulled a dipstick out I could see the golden oil which is supposed to see but it was only 3/4 up from the minimum to the ad or to the full so there is room for probably another quarter to half a litre.
