Very inefficient. Same way in and out to use the scale. Didn't really have any rules so people cut others off and went to the scale while others were waiting for much longer both to get in and out. There was a guy there saying the licence plate number, color, make etc to the girl in the office via radio while she was also looking at the camera for the exact info. The same guy, who was polite and helpful, did the radio was also the guy to direct cars where to drop off the scraps. Needless to say he either missed the car info or people dropped things off in the wrong area.There was only 1 girl working in the office. It took her forever to get/guess the info then typed into the computer while people were waiting to get their money after dropping off the goods. That's also why she took so so long to ring the bell (vehicles were not allowed to move from the scale during weight in & out until the bell rang). I waited for over 20 minutes in the office for her doing up paperwork and pay me because she kept going away many times to the camera, talking on the radio, typing on the computer and pushing the bell. When I politely asked her to get my transaction done 1st as I was there 1st and that many people were lining up outside the office (they only allow 1 person to go in the office at a time. And that day was cold), she was annoyed and told me she needed to take care of the scale 1st. I suggested that maybe they should have more people working so the operation could run smoothly, she rudely said to me just wait".This place could greatly improved customers' experience if they wanted to but so far they show me that only their time is important!"

Went there back in early 2018 with a truck full of aluminum and copper. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The process was quick and painless and in the end I think I received the most competitive rate possible and was paid cash on the spot!

Loaded up truck Saturday because says they are open, they are not open but there are 3 people working there that would barely acknowledge me, took 3 times of me saying hello for them to even look my way, I asked are you closed, answer from them was yup! And then instantly turned away. Would rather drop in bin for free then deal with this type.

I went on a saturday cause thats when they say their open but they where not got ama washer dryer and fridge outta me free cause im not driving around all weekend with it update your godamn hours their was another car pulled in thinking the same thing i was that you where open

Long time customer, but no longer. The lady at the counter was exceptionally rude, zero acceptable customer service. Strongly advise people go elsewhere and avoid.

Had a car involved in a collision dropped Friday night, Saturday morning asked them to wait to crush until we retrieved belongings, ownership and plates Monday. They took it upon themselves to crush it with a Bluetooth adapter, skates, ownership and plates on it, before 11am Monday. No apology, just denial that the conversation occured - I guess I must have been under the influence of hallucinogens before noon Saturday?

Said a tow truck would pickup my car between 1-5 on a Friday. I went to work. Discovered at 5 it was never picked up. OPP towed it away and are charging $350 for it to be released. Really unprofessional, 0/10 would not recommend. Use king auto wreckers instead people!

Terrible customer service. The woman in Peterborough was very rude on phone and not interested in my concerns at all. Our last bin we were very short changed. Do not recommend at all. Better to go Port Perry or Langilles

Called and asked for some pricing as my boyfriend was getting together a load and was trying to find out what they are paying for cars as my boyfriend also had a car he was wanting to get rid off. Because I didn’t know the information of the vehicle he had I didn’t get a price on what they pay per ton she was very rude saying to find out the information call back and had said to me I don’t have time for this then proceeded to hang up on me I wasn’t done asking her for prices as my boyfriend has copper and brass he was wanting prices for. Tried calling back and kept being hung up on. Very unprofessional and rude
