Came here the day after Halloween to see if there were any deals, the store opened at 9am but they had not unlocked the doors so at 9:04 I called and asked why they weren’t open yet and the lady on the phone gave me attitude and said she’s in the process of opening. Once we walked in she had a look on her face like she would rather be anywhere else. (Girl with purple hair) If you don’t like your job find a new one, or just simply learn how to treat customers.

Great store! Well organized, tidy, and super helpful! We were in and out within minutes and after a specific costumer for my 3 year old-which they had in stock!!! Super happy and highly recommend! Locally owned is a plus!Happy Halloween!

I LOVE Halloween, so these stores are a favorite haunt at this time of the year for me. Unfortunately, not so much for my service dog who got spooked at a different store last year when someone distracted me and a clown popped out at her at the same time. So I make a point of visiting these when I can to make the experiences positive again.Today's visit was just to have a look. We're wanting something new for our yard but haven't decided on what yet yet. I love, love the pumkpin king animatronic here though, and it's definitely on the list of possibilities to come back for!

The staff was awesome, enthusiastic and super helpful! The animatronics are like we've never seen before! We LOVED the 12 foot Reaper Skeleton with the life-like eyes, was so cool! Can't wait to go back! Amazing selection of costumes and accessories with more arriving!

Decorations are pretty much the same as all other Halloween stores. Staff was friendly. But i found it a bit more pricey for most fun decorations. Costumes for the most part are cheaper for basic stuff. It's fun to walk around.

The staff were amazing. We went to get costumes for the kids, and wow amazing. They helped us find costumes for both kids and talked to the kids to get ideas. Found a costume that has been hard to find even. My husband ended up leaving with a new decoration. I also noticed the have a good selection of plus size costumes as well.They are locally owned and a Canadian company. I would recommend this place hands down

Absolutely lovely service and pretty good prices. The girl working the cashier was incredibly nice and made fun conversation. They have signs up to notify customers of different sales sorted by coloured stickers on the products, some items weren't marked down when others were or were missing stickers when others did. However, staff were very nice and gave the cheaper price anyways and helped us with sales. Don't forget to check out the back section behind the till! A lot of customers almost missed out on the larger department down the hall. Incredible selection and more shipments still coming. :)

Great selection of costumes and decor! I like to get my Halloween shopping done early and I'm so glad I found this place. The place is so big, it's in an old car dealership building so there's lots of stuff to look at. I spent almost 2.5 hours but the staff were so patient with me as I was going for a specific look.They told me they get new stuff almost daily so I'm going to be back for sure!

Nada, you were wonderful! Me being the last minute shopper as usual, went in looking for a full face, high quality Michael Myers mask. I looked around for a while, spotting a few different ones, but none of them were to the style I wanted. Nada took her time to go into the back room, and search around to see if they had anymore of the type I was looking for in stock. She asked me very politely if I was in a rush at all so that she could take her time to thoroughly look for this item. After not long she had found exactly what I was looking for but the mask was torn. She then asked if could wait just a minute longer to see if she could find me one that was in new condition. Almost immediately she returned with a brand new mask, and told me the price. To my shock, it was very reasonable for the quality of mask. Thank you so much Nada! Happy Halloween!

Honestly my opinion is not great! I felt that not much thought went in to its set up. Very generic costume selection targeted 90% at women(obviously) and not a great environment. Pretty disappointing. Although they are the only store offering colored costume contact lenses. This is why I gave them a 3✨️
