Rude manager!If he really was the manager.Was told his name was Matthew, went to buy 3 decorative panel boards for a home project and was told there were only three left and two were damaged. When I proceeded to go to check out I asked the lady if there was a discount on their damaged boards and she told me they were 17 in stock and I would not get a discount because they had 17 perfectly good panels outback.I told her that I spoke to the guy in the lumber area and he said there were only three not 17 so when I asked the manager for a discount he would only give me 10% and he was very rude about it and told me he would cut them up and sell them in the store. I will never be purchasing anything from that store again.

Usually you have to search out the staff . No one is available for questions or busy . More signage would help in store to find what customers are looking forThanks

Level of your customer service is very close to zero range. We visited store couple days in the row in attempt to see and purchase previously discussed with associate product and been told they didn't have time (wish) to bring product from the store and I need to come 3rd time in a few days. Please, keep your sorries" and excuses for yourself and put more efforts in your work with clients. Marry Cristmas!"

Its a Rona, what's there not to like about it, except that prices could be a bit more competitive. Usually on the pricier side compared to cdn tire. For this location, staff has always been helpful and kind. Variety of great products in summer n spring for yard n home.

Not the best customer service at all. Had to walk back to an aisle twice. Second time nobody showed up. Got what stuff I had and went to home hardware. Then walking out of the store (a hardware store), and the gutter is spewing water right at the exit door. Really nobody can fix it or maybe clean the gutters out? Shows how much they care about their customers.
