Dulux Paints

Went to the store just after 7am last week and Chris was very helpful in solving a problem I ran into on the weekend! Kind, caring, knowledgeable and generous! My go to store for paint and supplies all the time!!!!

Excellent service as always. What a great team. Friendly and knowledgeable.Had to paint a chimney today. After prepping noticed my paint was no good.Color match was excellent and paint sprayed amazing.Keep up the good work.

Top quality paint with excellent knowledgeable staff. Buying the best paint really does pay off. One coat coverage really did the trick. It was worth the price.

I don't know what that girl is talking about it must be that time of the month, I brought in a paint chip from my wall needing a match that I had tried to get from multiple places without any luck, this was my last chance and he was very friendly and even ordered it for me because they didn't carry it in the store. Will definitely be going back just to see Chris's friendly smile!!!!!

Worst customer service by the manager Chris. Went in to ask if there was any chance they kept a file of paint that had been bought in the past. He laughed at me and said no you are not a contractor. When a contractor walked in behind me he said now there is a contractor and walked away from me. I will never be back.

This place was amazing. the woman who helped me was incredible. She answered all my questions and really put me at ease about my first big painting project. Will definitely be coming back!

I have shopped at this store for many years, and have always received great service and advice. Over the past few weeks I have made several purchases and while the experience is completely different now with the rules surrounding Covid-19 changing the way we can shop, I have to give Chris Schaffter a huge thank you for continuing to provide outstanding service!! He has been super helpful in getting my orders ready in a timely manner when I call them in, he has been great with product recommendations, and even though he is ridiculously busy juggling customer phone calls and emails to get orders processed he ALWAYS has a smile on his face when I arrive to pick up my order! Chris is a true asset to the Dulux company, and should be commended for his efforts at keeping the store running and customers served during these challenging times!

This is our third Deluxe store we've dealt with... they've all been great (Steve in Brampton outstanding!!) and this one...with the manager Chris was exactly what you want... experience, expertise in his advice and humor... they also had better prices than Home Depot on the extras... don't forget the importance of their Great paints as well!!!

I would give zero stars and this guy Chris should lose his job he is extremely rude.I called the store today to ask if he was open to public and he says nope curbside so I tell him that the website is not working and I can't find what I want so he says well you can tell me so I asked him how can you know witch one I want so he says you will tell me, so I ask him for wood stain and he tells me I can not buy any exterior wood stain but if I wanted to that I had to figure out what colour I wanted and if I wanted transparent or solid so I ask him how do I know what colours you offer if your website doesn't work and he tells me that he can not help me with what I want.DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THIS CHEAP, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STORE
