I had a really poor experience at this store. The person who “helped” me told me there was nothing they could do with the size of paint chip I brought to be colour-matched, and then extremely reluctantly looked at two or three samples to find a match. They took no ownership over the colour they picked, it ended up being the wrong colour, and were just unbelievably unhelpful the entire time. I left the store feeling like I was an inconvenience, and knowing that I would never be back. I gave two stars because the roller brush worked absolutely perfect when Home Depot was able to do the colour-match.

Great local paint and design store. Staff are very knowledgeable and listen and understand your needs. Product quality is excellent and the value is evident. Definitely worth visiting to get a full service experience.

It depends on who you are talking to. The first time we came in there was a lady who really knew what she was doing. We asked for wallpaper told there roughly what we need and she pulled one book after the other with really great designs. We took a few of the books home to decide. So far 5 stars. But when we ordered the wallpaper an other lady was there and she has no clue about anything. She could not figure out the price, she would not know how many meters are on a roll, she would not tell me that they charge 30$ for shipping (to the store for me to pick it up). So we ended up with 1/2 of the wallpaper we need and paid 30$ extra that we were not told about in advance.Very very poor experience.My advice: if you get the feeling the clerk does not know something: run!—— update ——After this review the store manager reached to me and we found a solution that satisfies me. So, eventually we have all the material we need and can start attaching the wallpaper. Hence the update to 3 stars.

Very helpful staff and understood what I required.

We had a great experience at Howard’s Paint! We went in to choose a white to paint our new home and were very well taken care of. Who knew there were so many shades of white! The staff were attentive, friendly, and helped us make a decision with ease. We bought all of our paint and supplies that day and would 100% choose this paint shop again. Thank you!

Excellent product we got from here and my contractor is a big fan of this place.

Just don’t waste your time here.Over priced, horrible support, poor knowledge and horrible customer service if you not some contractor or something like that.Forgot about finding parking while your at it.
