Brought my kids and my niece here. 2 girls working the front were nice and helped us get into the gym quickly. We all got wrist band and we gave them outdoor shoes to be put into bins. It was not very busy at all maybe 5-6 families. This gym was very clean and tons of things for the kids to do. We had a blast here. The ball park was a lot of fun with several air canons, a dump basket, and muti ball shooter. I'm very impressed on how clean everything was too. This place is so big everyone was well spaced out and it almost seemed like it was just us. Everyone was very respectful and the kids had a blast. I would take my kids here again for sure. They bug me everyday to go back. Thanks Crash Crawly on staying open and giving kids things to do during this tough time.

We were there for a daycare field trip/ birthday party. It was during the week right at opening, so we were the only ones there. The playground wasn't very clean, many dirty socks lying around, not sure why. I went to get a high chair for one of the little ones, the tray was filthy, and I had to clean and disinfect it myself. They don't give you lids for the cups, so we had spilled pop everywhere. Don't waste your money

We visited this indoor amusement park this morning, and unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience with one of the Asian female staff members at the reception counter.Her attitude was extremely poor. When we inquired about the admission fees, she seemed impatient and even rolled her eyes at another staff member before reluctantly repeating our questions, as if we were absurd. Throughout the interaction, she lacked any eye contact or engagement with the customers. Instead of addressing our queries, she focused on her own remarks. The lack of a welcoming atmosphere was evident when subsequent customers entered without any acknowledgment or order.Furthermore, when we asked about where to place our shoes, her attitude was exceptionally unpleasant, as if we had burdened her with an unnecessary request. While we understand that finding employees locally might pose challenges, it is evident that individuals with such demeanor should not be in the service industry, especially one catering primarily to children.We hope that this feedback provides an opportunity for improvement in the quality of customer service. It is our sincere belief that every customer should be treated with respect, patience, and attentiveness, creating a positive and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

My home is far from here, I have checked the schedule and I realized they will be closed at 8 pm, but when I arrived at 5 pm, I faced with a notice which says they will be closed at 5:45, I asked them you should change the schedule on the Google map, but they told me sorry!!!!!! I asked them if should I pay only for 45 minutes. They told me yes!!!! I asked them if I want to talk with their manager, and they told me he has left!!!!

Used to come here for my birthday all the time as a kid. From early 2000s until maybe 2007. The place has not been upgraded at all. Broken machines, broken buttons which creates a hazard for little fingers. The toddler only area is pathetic. The place is dirty. Needs some major 2023 upgrades and improvements. Not worth the money. Will go to jungle jacks instead

Come on weekday which is my son birthday~ it is not crowded and less than 10 people here.BUT I don’t recommend you to come and waste your money~Entry fee for 2 kids + 2 adults costs $54.6. Not included the train $3/ kid~Most of the thing is not functioning well. (shooting gun for the ball not working, interactive floor projector not sensitive, coin operated ride with all broken button)The area is big, but really not much stuff to play with. The slide is pretty danger for my 3yo boy~ he landed with his butt on the mat and continue falling forward ~ so face down to the mat for second hit after the butt was hit. He was so scary and cried for that.One more thing is the food bar is not opening during the weekday, and you can’t bring outside food to here.

Before you read my review I have noticed that the owner replies to the negative comments and basically denies they do anything wrong. You can not get away with lieing and saying I am making up what happened. I will make sure people know how horrible my experience was so they don’t waste there money and get treated the way I did.I have had the worst experience with them. I was planning a private party and they wanted to change the time to 7pm instead of 6pm and this was after all invites were sent out and I confirmed the time with them twice (once in person and once over the phone) They also took my full deposit. No one said to me that they need to confirm the start time before taking the full $400.I tried to work with them but the assistant manager was very very rude to me on the phone and made me feel horrible. I told her that starting a kids birthday at 7pm is very late when I was told 6pm. The issue I have is that she didn’t care and started to be very rude to me. It ruined the experience of planning my daughters 2nd birthday. Then when I asked them for my money back I had to call them about 4 times and they said they would do it by the end of the day but I never received anything until I called back multiple times. I also asked them to send an email confirming that I will get my money back and was told no. I can’t believe after the way I was treated they were not giving my $400 deposit back right away. I had to stay on the phone to make sure they returned it. It was very stressful and I hope no one has to deal with them.I usually never write reviews but this needed to be done. If I had the option to give no stars I would. Please do not book with them as there customer service is horrible and they ruined her birthday as I have no venue .The worst part about this company is they can not take accountability that they make mistakes which is why the owner replied how he did. Admit you made a mistake to be better, STOP BLAMING THE CUSTOMERS and just so you know places are already booked for March. I can also show emails that I sent that got ignored by the company, there turn around time is horrible and they don’t even call you back. After reading your reply I am even more upset and can’t believe booking a happy event can be ruined by mean people.The owner made a comment below saying comments like these get blown out of proportion, which proves that they can never admit they are wrong. If they don’t take negative comments seriously they will never get better.

My 4 year old loves this place, especially the train! It's a little pricey but worth it!

We posted a private party for my son’s birthday. The staff were so kind to let us prepare early, they were so helpful and accommodating! They even told us not to clean up and that they would take care of everything. It took away so much stress of party planning. Everyone had a great time!

Played the treasure box and got a turtle here. All good. Location is a bit misleading but found. This play place is a bit condensed but the infrastructure and games are awesome :) kid’s birthday parties are booked quite full and kids love playing here.
