Dissapointed with the costumer service. The elder lady beside the cashier rolled her eyes when I ask the cashier if she can change the size of my drinks to a regular one (my order wasn't finalized and I haven't paid yet, but I did apologize for the changes). Also, like what the other reviewers have said, one of the staff there (and it sounds like it's the same person) giving out our drinks also slammed our straws and one of our drinks. I had great experience at other Cha time locations, so I was really dissapointed. Will not come here again.

The guy was rude and ignored us even after seeing us come in. no hi or hello at all. I checked reviews before i wrote this one because he was probably just having a bad day but, it turned out this is a common issue. Well guess what, i’ll tell everyone i know not to go there. I work in retail too so i know what it feels like in both sides so usually I am more understanding. That’s not how you deal with customers.

It's okay if the drink is not good. But I really don't know if they are serious about business. I ordered a cup of drink with half sugar, and my friend ordered 30% sugar. They gave us full sugar. We both asked for ice to go and my friend's milk tea had ice cubes in it. After the ice cubes melted, the cup of milk tea was still very sweet. If it is not opened in outlets, such services will not have business.

The customer service can’t be any worse. I went on Saturday afternoon and a male staff there was really disrespectful to me. Well, after I checked other ppl’s comments I guess they just don’t care about their business. Probably won’t affect their business or job at all, but if you would like to earn other ppl’s respect, learn to be respectful first. Can’t believe why the staff just chose to be rude while I was all smiling when walked in.

The atmosphere was amazing!! Everything looked super clean and the whole store was colourful. The employees were really nice and were quick to give the drinks, the drinks tasted great as well!!

A little disappointed. They are advertising BT21 all over their store but don’t seem to be selling anything BT21. I ordered a tea that came without bubbles. What? Not overall impressed with the taste, it’s only okay. Probably won’t visit again. Save your money and go to Cha House.

Two of 3 drinks were not drinkable. The taro slush had no taste and the passion fruit smoothie tasted like sour mango. I tried calling them. He answered the phone to tell me he was too busy to talk. He didn’t take my number, listen to my concern or give me a time to call back.
