From the start she helped us narrow down a destination, and then plan out each day for the entire trip. I would not recommend using this agency as the communication, follow up and simple requests were not fulfilled. We wanted to use an agency to help ease the burden of our large destination wedding we planned. In fact it ended up being the opposite. People constantly calling us from the group because the agency wasn't following up, wasn't providing receipts for payments and wasn't communicating at all. Simple task and requests were left unreplied and it created a disconnect between our guests and the agent assigned. In hindsight we would have dealt directly with Sunwing, Air Canada or Transat because the perceived value of using a travel agent was non-existent.
