For my recent trip to Mexico: Suzanne made meticulous arrangements and had really wonderful (practically unheard of these days!) customer service skills. Their group travel team on the ground in Mazatlan was wonderful too - Marlene was always smiling and super approachable. Vicki was really sweet. Astrid was always engaging and eager to help. Debbie… she was just downright fun! ❤️ I’d highly recommend these folks for large group travel!

I called to ask a general question whether or not I had to book a Covid test before leaving Winnipeg. Instead of a courtesy answer of yes or no…the employee refused to tell me because I didn’t book the flights with them.No future customer here.
