The staff was incredibly rude and the manager" would not stop interrupting me when I was trying to explain the issue with the phone. I really felt like if I had been a guy he would have treated me differently. He was combative

People who work there are not very knowledgeable. I spent a lot of time on explaining my situation; and it took them forever to figure out the problem. But geneally they're friendly.

Worst phone provider experience by far, I was sent a replacement phone thru my fido phone insurance, was charged a $100 fee and fido mailed me a phone that had a broken screen protector in the packaging... when I called to complain I was told they will not be replacing it for me. What a joke. I would give zero stars if i could

Got my new phone! Never mind it was 3 days later because online main Fido did not know the local kiosk was rebuilding and incommunicado while I was waiting for my pickup email.

Brutal service!! I spent 15 minutes with them trying to renew my phone. They couldn’t even find me in their system despite me showing them a bill. Not the first time. Long waits and TERRIBLE service!!! Buyer beware.. pick another service provider
