I've spent over 2 hours on the phone, over the past week and a half, trying to schedule and re-schedule a significant pick up for shredding. Not sure if there is miscommunication between the office and the transportation department, or if transportation just doesn't read the file notes, or if transportation has gone rogue?.. On my last call I asked to speak to a supervisor. No luck. They couldn't find one(!) The sales process was fairly quick and efficient, but after that, it all fell apart, and even after 5 calls, I still can't get a resolution.

They hold your files hostage and make you pay outrageous amounts to retrieve or shred, or even close your account. Beware, once your records are there, they got you!!

I wish I could give them a negative rating. -100 out of 5 Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. 100% would NOT RECOMMEND. You can never get ahold of them.

There drivers don't pay attention, I was cut off had to slam my brakes on or let the truck hit me. Then I had to worry about being rear ended by the car behind me. Do the trucks not have mirrors, if they do the driver didn't even look before changing lanes.
