Absolutely amazing service! We went to Carpets for Less when a competitor completely screwed us around, and not only were we fit into their schedule, the installer was absolutely AMAZING!! there was a small communication issue with the age of our concrete in the basement and the installer wasn't sure if he was going to be able get it done within our time frame we were originally quoted, but once we explained the stress and anxiety it was causing our special needs son he went above and beyond getting it installed when we needed it!

Excellent customer service, price, finishing and quality by these guys. Terry was wonderful from the beginning, John the guy who came over to install this, you'll never want to let him go! Never been ao disappointed with end result in my life. Started right from the install as they used a new installer (which they deny to date) and had to have a technician come in to restaple the stairs and recarpet the master closet. It looked sooo bad from the start.Now the poor install is showing its face 3 years into the install. We have loose carpet everywhere with bubbles, showing seems and wrinkles in our carpet. We take extraordinary care of our home safe have (1) 10 yr old girl before the question of us being too hard on our carpet comes up.I get that mistakes happen, but it is how you respond. After 3 phone calls, and my wife stopping in the store, they have denied the poor install and even after agreeing to pay their technician to come fix it, they have ignored us over and over.Spend your hard earned money somewhere that will give you their best and stand behind their business. Lots of flooring places....dont use this one!!!!

Very competitive price for the good quality carpet and underlay that we chose. Terry was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Carpet was chosen, rooms measured and then installed by two very professional fitters in just over a week. We are very pleased with the whole process and would certainly recommend Carpets for Less to anybody.

Great installer (ask for John)!We've gotten our carpets from here a few times, John is the best installer so far. He was efficiently, friendly, and very thorough.Would not let anyone else install carpet again, John is the kind of the person that makes it feel like anyone else is Sub par.

Our experience with this company was simply amazing from start to finish! We called, Jerry the estimator came to our home to measure and we received our quote from Terry the following day! The price was thousands less than the big box stores and the carpet and underlay quality was much higher. The installers showed up on schedule and their experience showed! They did an amazing job!We feel like we have a new home again! We highly recommend this company!
