The flower delivery service is quite pleasant and convenient. Flowers appear to be fresh and attractive at all times. On my sister's birthday, I always send flowers. She adores them. The costs are really reasonable. If they had a direct phone number to call, I would have given them five ratings.

I was always happy with the service, even chose them for my wedding day. Now for my best friends funeral, they arranged a nuce bouquet but the central leaf was all dried up on the top. When i questioned it, they said This is how its supposed to be."Thanks a lot! You really made things easier on this difficult day. Plus my accent doesnt mean Im dumb

Purchased a tulip bouquet ($49.99)+ the delivery ($15.99) so $64.98 without taxes.Was supposed to be delivered between 9am-1pm and didn't show up until after 2pm.I could get over the late delivery but the quality of the flowers was extremely disappointing the tulips and brown and droopy and some are already missing petals, all of the petals will be gone by tomorrow afternoon.I cannot believe I spent over $60 to support a local business to receive horrible dying flowers. I can get better bouquets at the local grocery store.I tried calling several times after they were delivered today but no one answered the phones.I won't order from here again.

Spoke with a very helpful lady when ordering flower arrangement. Left up to the florist to design exactly what I wanted .. something special and different. And the arrangement was exactly that and more. It was beautiful.. flowers were fresh and the arrangement was stunning. Made my day and the lady I sent it to was so happy.. made her special day perfect .❤️

I dealt with Ellie Barker for over 2 decades the former owner of Lottie Jones. For all those years I had no worries as to quality or punctuality for delivery. This year I called 2 weeks early for valentines flowers for my wife. At 3:30 pm I called the store to inquire as to the ETA of my wife’s flowers. I was informed (quite matter of fact) that I lived outside of their regular delivery area and that delays should be expected. That the Barker family had sold the business years ago, she would check on my order and call me back. She never did. I can see the Base out my back window and yet this women insisted I lived in Stirling. Wow how things change! I truly hope this woman enjoyed the condescending manner and tone she used during our conversation as she and the New Owners will not be enjoying revenue from my family again! Happy Valentine! I miss Ellie. According to google I’m 7.7km from the store. The flowers never did arrive…

The product is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. I was concerned to pay the high amount for the flowers, but it was well worth it because of the outstanding customer service. Because of their willingness to fulfill their consumers, I will surely give this company a second opportunity. That is an aspect of a corporation that I, as an economics graduate, greatly admire. Called to place an order for a Birthday day delivery today :Although the person who answered was very personable they said they would have to call me back because the computers were all busy… that was fine and so I left my phone number…. Almost 4 hrs later no return call…. I will take my business elsewhereVery disappointed
