When selling my father’s house, we were given Michelle’s name at Re/Max Quinte. Michelle was quick to come out and explain the whole process, she came up with an acceptable asking price and market evaluation for the area. Michelle set up the videographer and organized for pictures and drone footage to adequately market the place while following all Covid protocols. Michelle was very professional and insightful in helping me sell my home. She is working closely with me to find my new home. She doesn't just show you the property but goes over details like wiring, water damage etc.

I was a first-time home buyer back in 2019, before the violent swing in the real estate market turned my search into a four year journey. I would put zero if I could. I put an offer in on a house the real estate Kristen messed up large by by saying our offer was excepted to then call a couple hours later my real estate calling and saying they sent the wrong offer. Called Kristen who then tried to blame my realtor and didn’t acknowledge she messed up. I phone Sean the owner he said it was a mistake and to basically move on and to not look at our houses because he couldn’t take any accountability for his agent. Worst company in the world.

I would like to thank Michelle. My husband was offered a job in which we would have to relocate. We were not sure we would be moving but i wanted to be prepared just in case and I felt bad for wasting her time should we not relocate. Michelle was wonderful. We made arrangements to see some houses on a particular day. Met up with Michelle and she had everything planned from which house to see first....up to the last house. She provided us with details on each house we looked at and pointed out specific details we had not even thought about.
