Called Econoair to fix gas leaks around the house. Very responsive and professional customer service. Provided me with estimates over the phone and booked an appointment.Dani was on time, and provided me high quality service to fix the leaks and gave me advices on what other issues might need fixing in the future.100% would call them again to help with HVAC systems.

Our furnace broke down in the middle of the snow storm last week, thankfully, Dani from Econo Air was willing to come out in the snow to help us out as I have elderly parents living with me and it was quite cold. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly, he explained throughly all my options, including the new government rebate which I had no idea about. We decided to go ahead with the new install of a furnace and AC heat pump and take advantage of the rebate. The installers Justin and Josh came the next day, were very polite and did a very nice job. We are very thankful for their quick service and help, and will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to others. Thanks guys!

Faraz, our technician came Thursday to maintenance our 2 furnaces and was to service our humidifier but had to order a part. The very next day I get a call from their office that the part came in and Faraz would be able to come later that day. Would recommend for fast and on time service.

Wow what an amazing crew! They showed up and installed my new furnace less than 24hrs of calling for repair. Honest and complete gentleman, taking the time to walk us through the installation. Their fees were significantly less than aire 1 and we Iook forward to installing our new ac in the spring. Shout out to Dani M for being super helpful!

Purchased my Carrier Infinity furnace from Econoair back in 2014 and then just this week got the matching Air Conditioner. Can't say enough good things about them on both experiences. Price, service and knowledge and speed were second to none.

My furnace completely died on Sunday and temperatures are very low. I call Econoair every year for maintenance and they are the ones I go to for any issues with the heating and cooling systems. They are 24/7 so I called them and Faraz, who usually comes to do maintenance service here every year, came within 2 hours of my call. I was very impressed.The furnace was old and parts were expensive to replace; Faraz recommended to put the money to upgrade instead. I thought as well, best to upgrade the furnace, plus I needed upgrades with a very old thermostat, the existing humidifier and try a new Air Purifier.Then, Dani called to help us and to figure out everything to best replace the furnace with a new one plus all other upgrades needed. Dani came within the hour after Faraz had left. Dani helped with all the questions I had, even to messages I sent late into Sunday evening which I was impressed with this type of customer service.The next day Justin and Paul came to install everything in a professional and efficient manner. They were also friendly and ready to help with all my questions which are a few since I'm no expert : ) yet they took the time to explain every question I had. Have been using Econoair for many years. They repaired and serviced the original furnace and a/c units in the home, and provided upgraded products when the original units failed. Faraz has been maintaining the new units efficiently and effectively. Our heating and cooling costs have decreased as a result. A good company to use for your HVAC issues.
