DHL International Shipping Services

zero, DHL is the worst ever I have seen even they don't deserve 1 star. They never deliver your package and they tell you all the time to go and pick up your parcel. This is my third time always they lie to you that you went to the site and say I will pick them up but I never went there I just went there to pay my duties. I must pay 15$ to go there to pick up and last time I told them I have no car to go there and pick them up and it takes more than 5 days and still not deliver to me while she told me it took 3 days to deliver and no one respond issue

I visited this location to send a document to Pakistan.I reached there around 5:15 and the delivery pick guy was already there to pick up daily post.. on my request he waited another 30 mins and took my documents as well to ensure it get shipped today... Though Harry was a new employee but his manner was very polite Umar and Sunil(the owner) were very helpful and considerate... the helped me like it was there own family document.. the helped me with empathy and sincerity.. just want to say thank you .. this was the best experience I have had with any organization including embassies and other service providers I used during this process.. thank you again for the exceptional service .. may God bless you and give you success in ur business

I just got my parcel from India, and it was torn/ripped to the no end. I just want to say please be careful with your delivery as we order valuable items. It’s heartbreaking when you see your stuff being dealt with no to zero care.

DHL is the worst courier service in the world. Over charges and has hidden fees. They are holding my items hostage at their warehouse till I pay them extra for it

Good service and decent prices for international shipping.Not sure if it's always just one person working there but it was quite busy and though the poor guy did well, he could have used some help.

Literally they completed all formalities required to ship my package to India. They also offer great offers and I save time and money! Honestly they suggested me to take insurance for my package as I was shipping expensive electronic which I highly recommend to everyone and is a good idea.
