Best furniture store in Alberta. I bought almost all my furniture from there. Fabulous, beautiful and amazing selection, very modern style and quality furniture. I met the owner and Shabeen, is extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She provided an outstanding, most friendly, exceptional, and best service quality. Their delivery people were great. Always a pleasure to come in to your gorgeous store. Thank you for all your help.

Excellent furniture store, excellent customer service. I built my own table and had trouble finding chairs to go with it. I needed counter height stools. Splendid furnishings on 178 Street bought our King size Platform bed. I am can tell only about the bed because thats what I boughtPros:1. Good customer service skills, what i mean by that is they don't keep following you around and keep asking questions, they just check in on us to see if we have any questions (sometimes its good when you might be alone but most times a couple or a family goes in a retail shop or a showroom they need to visualize what the product will look like in their house and a service rep might be doing his best to impress the customer but on some occasions they might be hindering the process for the customer. Just wanted to clarify that)2. Knowledgeable about the products: we met Asif who showed us around and was knowing what the product is. They also do interior decoration and consulations (which i didn not know about)3. Materials of the products: Products are all Canadian made and locally sourced, hardwood material showed us smaples of the wood.4. Fabric: multiple textures available for fabric5. Cost: for a hardwood material. The price was very reasonable.6. Method of product receipt: delivery and pickup options both available. For pickup you might need a truck for bigger sized furniture.7. Customization is not an issue to a certain limit in terms fabric selection8. Parking space: ample space available for parking your vehicle unless you bring a 52 ft trailer or a mobile home in there.CONS:1. color selection for fabric is limited2. Different types of fabric are available however you might now get the color of your choice in that fabric.3. Less options in showroom however more on website. Splendid furnishings is the best furniture company in Edmonton. Honestly, don't bother going elsewhere.It has been a delightful shopping experience with them. I appreciated their patience while we were undecided at some points. When requested, they provided very helpful guidance. The items we bought from them have been excellent with no issues. They were very prompt with orders and kept to their promise for deliveries, despite this period of considerable supply chain issues. If you need great furniture, this is the place! Awesome prices for great quality furniture! I just purchased more things for my home a day ago. I bought a couch a year ago from them and had a great experience so this is my go to place now.
