It's really great! The girl who was working the food area was amazing; she was alone and handled the busy rush super well and had amazing customer service the entire time. Workers were kind as well. I love attending here

The hall is fine , the food is good and the crowd is usually a lot of fun... just avoid the caller named Jim. He can't seem to hear when bingos are called, calls wrong #'s and his speed is all over the place. All the other callers are a lot of fun and dont seem to have the same problems Jim does.

Would like to say it's mostly good but it seems the hall rules that are spoken and listed on the hall wall are only in effect with some of the callers and managers.

Staff was extremely, extremely rude. However, the clients weren't very nice to the volunteers and employees either. The big prize was won for a bingo game, 9500 dollars, so that's cool. Unfortunately, I believe the game is slowly dying, at least at this location it is. Live bingo is likely to die in another 10 to 15 years, in my opinion. The odd come and go may stay open for a few years more. If the industry had any brains and wanted to get younger players in the door to have the place packed like it used to be before I was even born. I would recommend more indepth knowledge of the game before it starts, slower number calling in-between numbers. Adding another 5 to 10 seconds between numbers (exempt the special games such as the speed number calling one, etc). But adding times allows the newer players to not feel overwhelmed. It gives time for newer players to play at minimum 2 cards at once so they feel they can win more, or rather have a higher chance at winning, all while looking for 1 of their 75 numbers when called. It also trains them to look up at the board and see if any of the numbers called already may have been missed. I get it, the players that are regulars are not going to be happy, but if you want the game to live on, then you'd be taking my advice. I know electronics are out there to help teach and / or help older generations that may get sore arms from dabbing numbers all day, but things come and go, and I'd recommend taking my advice.
