Excellent experience from check in to the back massage. Been going for a few sessions and my back feels so much better. Very professional and clean facility. They accept direct insurance billing and provide a parking pass if required.

This review has been past due. A couple of months ago I tried rescheduling my fiance's appointment 24 hrs prior to the slot. The outlet had the most rude and unprofessional concierge. She did not understand what i was trying to convey around making bookings and rescheduling, instead took the time to accuse me of not knowing how insurance works. Never visiting this place ever.

Disappointed with the massage I received from here. It felt like the whole hour was just dedicated to warming up my back. I explained my trouble spots, but nothing was focused on. Front staff was also rude and uninviting. I won’t be back.

Mirela is my regular therapist. She helped me with my constant muscle pains due to posture problems. She found all the knots. I only go to see Mirela

If you visit this location I would definitely recommend Alex De Windt as he’s a top-notch RMT.- His calm, friendly and professional manner immediately puts you at ease before the session even begins.- During the massage he will regularly check in with you to make sure you’re comfortable and that the pressure is to your liking.- He’s very attentive and his experience as an RMT shows since he always knows how to find the spots that need the most work.- Even when working through some tougher and more painful knots I still feel relaxed during the massage thanks to Alex’s skillful approach.- I always leave our sessions feeling rejuvenated for the rest of the day.Thanks again Alex for your dedication to your craft! November I bought my husband a gift card for the massage and acupuncture pkg. They had no appointments for 2 months that lined up with his work schedule. When he went today months later they did not honour the gift card and only provided the massage service. He was so disappointed after looking forward to both services for the 2 months. It was very embarrassing and I would never recommend to buy a gift card from this location for your loved ones.

I had a massage with a new masseuse for myself. I won’t disclose a name but I do feel strongly that there should be a standard for approach and atmosphere. This visit wasn’t like my previous visit. The room was bright, music inaudible, bed cold. Having already asked for some specific things for a massage, felt I shouldn’t ask for more in regards to ambience/bed temperature. When I said k was cold, the masseuse put the bed heat on.All in all I still had a good experience. Thanks.
