Just had a colonoscopy this morning. One of the receptionists, indar (nurse in the back) and the guy who sedates you - they are all SOOO nice. I cannot stress it enough how safe and secure they made me feel. What a bunch of lovely humans. I didn't feel anything. Overall, they are amazing

My personal experience was the staff was all amazing. From reception to all nurses. They lost a star because I had no where to put my personal belongings. (Cloths,phone,etc.) However I fell extremely comfortable which was most important to me.

Receptionists and nurses are fantastic. Caring, kind, and helpful. Procedure was quick. If you are have a gastroscopy, don’t be nervous. I had anxiety and it was painless just follow their instructions of fasting.Doctor quickly told the report and didn’t ask many questions about symptoms to begin with. Could have explained better. The anesthesiologist could be more gentle but explained things well. I would recommend putting the colonoscopy patients separate from gastroscopy so you don’t hear them passing gas after which was uncomfortable. AVOID Dr. Mussleman ... not a good doctor, I recommend someone else. Because of her, I am now getting a repeat endoscopy from my specialist. Lost another star due to her. Also, the wait is true for some patients it’s crazy... and it’s hard being on an empty stomach for that long. Need better time management.

Was very fortunate to get Dr Parekh at this clinic as I get he works out of different offices from the grace of God this Dr was able to perform surgery on me in less then one week after my consultation, I had seen 5 doctors and 3 visits to the emergency and no one could help me till I met Dr Parekh I chose to keep my procedures private but trust me this Dr is my angel . The clinic in Brampton was great and all it’s staff and there joining clinic in Toronto as well called Dynamic.

One of the worst place. They neither pick up the phone nor return your call, read VM. What is the point of seeing a doctor if no way to communicate, almost like one way street. Also during my Colonoscopy, during the procedure I was put awake I felt people were still putting gel or doing something still, it was so embarrassing. Very unprofessional behavior. Don't waste your time here, they don't even know word P" of professionalism."

Honestly the worst reception I’ve dealt with. My mum had to urgently add on a colonoscopy so we asked to move her gastroscopy appt a week out so we could do both tests together. They have both referrals from her FD. They are refusing to reschedule her appt to accommodate even though I explained my mom is nervous about anesthesia and would prefer to do it all at once. Instead they said we’ll cancel it. But we can’t reschedule it? Said rescheduling is too last minute but it’s not last minute to cancel? Rude attitude and refusal to listen, talking over you, unwilling to help. Unreal. Never visiting this clinic. Sad because the doctor might be great but making it past the mean girl reception is tough. I’m not a difficult person but their approach to patient care left me with no other option than to cancel.

Dr Syed , and the anesthesia doctors, super professional and extremely good at their job. I’m happy I did the procedure here.

I just had a treatment from them. Dr Banerjee, Dr Syed guided me very well for the procedure and nurse named Jasmeet made me so much comfortable that I was not have any fear to get that. The procedure was pain free.

My father had done colonoscopy here but prior to the procedure he cancelled his appointment twice because he was really very scared. But colonoscopy was recommended as per his current health status. Then office called again and explained my father about the procedure. The way they explained him then he was finally ready for the procedure. I'm thankful to all the staff members (receptionists, nurses and doctors) for taking care of my father and I highly recommend this clinic for procedures.
