I've been to this location a few times over the last few months and every time the staff have been very friendly and helpful. I was impressed each time with their ability to anticipate my needs for assistance (e.g. offering me a shopping bag to carry my bulky winter coat in, advice on how to remove stitched closed pockets, helping me to find a specific dress I didn't know where to begin to look for and pointing out the versatility of said dress). I really appreciate the degree of customer service that the staff here has consistently provided.

If I was to rate the clothing it’s always 5 stars, as me and my wife shop from AllSaints very often. However, the customer service we received today was definitely not suited to AllSaints standards. Me and my wife were trying to be as friendly as possible, but definitely did not get the service we were expecting.The gentleman who helped us didn’t seem like he cared at all about our opinions and what we had to say. He brushed us off quite a bit, and when we wanted our item gift wrapped (it was a birthday gift), he did a very bad job at wrapping it, broke the gift box and still packed it and gave it to us. After noticing and going back, he apologized, but still made it feel as if we were in the wrong by coming back for a new box. Also, when we went back, he was sitting down on the couch in front of the shoe section talking to a co worker while customer were shopping around.Even with the new wrapping, the clothes were just put in the box with the tissue paper wrinkled up and folded over the top of the clothes, and the box wasn’t shut with a sticker. We didn’t want to go back again, and went to Nordstrom to ask for tape to shut the box.We will be avoiding the Eaton centre location for shopping for a while.

This store has got the cutest outfits. Absolutely adored the trendy styles.Just wanted to give a shout out to Gabrielle and Gayathri for their very honest, professional, and thoughtful assistance to me while shopping. Gabrielle agreed without hesitation to hold on to dress I loved until the closing time so that I got enough time to make up my mind. I would highly recommend both of them to my friends and family.A very happy customer! Thank you for all your help!

My friend wanted to buy a dress for a very special occasion and I tagged along with another one of our buddies.She found the dress she was looking for but gasped upon looking at the rate and pondered about it for 6 hrs whilst we went around the mall. Gabrielle was absolutely sweet and kind to hold the dress for us until store closed.After a good 5hr spree of spending time with us she finally decided to go with the dress as she remembered seeing a sale sign (50%) and we rushed just minutes before closing.Gayathri (Gaya) was absolutely amazing, polite and helped us with what we needed and it was an amazing experience. My friend got the dress of her choice with the perfect fit and us boys couldn't be more grateful to Gabrielle and Gayathri today. Cheers and keep up the great work! My friend was looking to buy a dress for a really special occasion. It was her first time after a long time, so she was really excited and looking forward to it.The store is filled with wide variety of collections and both Gayathri and Gabrielle were really helpful in assisting us to select a cute dress. My friend fell in love with a dress and they agreed to hold the dress for us until closing time. They were really professionals, friendly and great at customer service.As a happy customer, I would recommend the store to my friends and colleagues.

Gaya goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I went because of an issue with a product, and she dealt with it in the most stress-free way and solidified my trust in the brand. 10/10 recommend this location for the care and support they provide. It made me a lot more comfortable when purchasing my higher-end statement pieces.

Go here and not Yorkdale. People are really nice and helpful at this location! Can't say the same for Yorkdale location.
