Unpleasant receptionistI love Dr Martinez but the receptionist is unpleasant, rude and nasty on the phone. On March 9 I called to make an appointment and she was nuts. Quite disappointed after 10 years been Dr Martinez patient. I’m already looking for another dentist. There is not excuse for the nasty attitude with the clients

We migrated our family's dental care to Dr Degen, and I have also seen Dr Martinez when I needed a specialised procedure. I have only really positive things to say about this office. It has always run on time, for example. And people know and greet me by name when I enter, as another example. The care itself is excellent.I would not hesitate to visit.

I have been going to Dr. Deegan for several years now. I love the staff there, the front desk and the assistants are always friendly and professional. They are always on time. Dr. Deegan is my Dentist, but both him and Dr. Martinez are very thorough in explaining what they are doing, what needs to be done and even during the procedure, explaining where you're at. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental office. The dentist has never been my favorite thing to do, but I feel well looked after at this office!

Our family of 5 uses this office, including 3 children who have been coming since they turned 1 when they first got a ride in the chair and their teeth counted. We've developed a familiarity with the office staff and the kids are all comfortable getting their cleanings done.We have always been seen within 5 minutes of our appointment booking and everyone working in the practice is friendly and helpful.Both dentists are knowledgable and willing to answer any questions.

I love this dental office! They always seem kind and helpful I’ve never had an issue. I’m sorry for the negative experience others have had and that sucks but if I would have read these comments before switching to this office I probably would not have come here but I’m so glad I did!

My son seen dentist on April，they gave us another appointment on September to check over before going to hospital. When I was there，they told me no appointment in the system. However，I had the appointment card showing the right time on that day. My son just 3 years old. There is really bad tooth need to be done. I already wait for 5 month. That is really ridiculousness.. Too bad office management.

Secretary's are horrible. They told me the wrong time on the phone, showed up they said they couldn't help me. Wasted half a day of work. Showed up at the correct time waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time. Nobody said anything about running late so I left. Wasted another half day of work, I wouldn't recommend going here unless your into wasting your time.
