We are very disappointment with the lack of communication after the installation. My grandparents have been waiting over a year for Laurie to provide them with the correct information to apply for the rebate, and there has been no response and the information has still not been provided for us to apply for the rebate. BC Hydro requires the contractor to complete a 'heat load calculation', which almost two years later we have still not received. As of now, we are out $3k because he still hasn't provide them with the information needed on the invoice to apply for the rebate, and after many attempts over the last year, there has been no response. Very disappointment with how this has been handled.

Great heatpump product and fast install

Our new heat pump was installed in July. The AC worked but the heat pump did not put out heat in October and has not worked since. The company has not come back to repair shoddy installation.
