All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially the service department. They took great care of my car and were able to answer all of my questions. Even when I came back a second time that day with more questions, they were very helpful and informative.

Picked up my new 2023 Malibu yesterday. Everyone was very helpfull going through the process. Very pleased overall. Jon from the body shop took care of my concerns quickly. Dave and Jen were great navigating me through the process. So far so good.

What great customer service! Took my dented SUV to Windsor Premier Cadillac Body Shop and am very pleased with the experience. The place itself was clean, organized and pleasant. The staff, including Jonathan, Mark, and Andre were friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure I was satisfied with the quality of work. The repairs were EXCELLENT, on time and at a fair price. My SUV looks amazing and will return to use this body shop for all of my future repairs. I absolutely recommend to take your vehicle there!

Excellent service!! Everyone is respectful, and a pleasure to deal with. Makes some unpleasant and expensive repairs a little easier to handle. They've changed my husband's views to a GM guy (he was Nissan, and I am Chev)and hope to buy from them in the future. Would highly recommend!

The absolute worst customer service we’ve ever seen. After we purchased a Cadillac SUV and a brand new truck, we were explicitly told multiple times how important it was that we complete the customer service surveys and fill them out as completely satisfied. The Cadillac sales rep even went so far as to call us multiple times after the purchase to remind us to fill them out and give them full satisfaction scores. Once we did, we never heard from them again- even when it turned out that our brand new truck was a lemon and continued to strand our family on the roads. It was like pulling teeth to get any kind of assistance from them (NEVER heard from the sales rep again). When it finally came time to give up on the truck, they put us into a new truck that we didn’t like (but had to pay even MORE for), but we were promised it was a temporary solution until they could get more trucks in. They assured us they’d call us as soon as more inventory arrived. This never happened- we’ve called the general manager many times, each time we’ve been promised that he’ll look for trucks for us and call us back. We’ve never gotten a callback. Nonetheless, they’ve now gotten their commissions on 3 new vehicles with us, never following through on a single promise made. Clearly- they only care about sales and their bottom line, they don’t care about the customer experience at all. We would never go back.

From the first quickly returned phone call. My salesperson Ahmed, went out of his way to assist me in getting the best deal. My experience got even better with Teresa, in finance. Kind, considerate and helpful. They both went out of their way to get my back onto the road in a gorgeous Buick.

Danny went out of his way to make sure the right car even though I gave him a hard time! Best sales person at this locations, will refer family and friends! Thank you for everything you did Danny!

Our vehicle went in for body repairs, and painting after a motor vehicle accident. The entire process from the rental vehicle provided by auto insurance was handled very conveniently through the body shop service. Customer service was very efficient, and friendly. The workmanship on the repairs , installation and painting was exceptional. Our vehicle is back to new condition now. thank you.
