Jennifer was recommended to us by a friend when my husband and I were recently trying to tread water through the ever growing real-estate market in Vancouver.To say we would not have won the apartment we had our eye on would be an understatement! Jennifer not only helped us to put our best foot forward come offer day she communicated and guided us through the entire process eased our stress through bidding. I can honestly say we would not have won our purchase if it was not for her selling us as a couple and her advise leading up to the offer day!After our offer was accepted she kept very close contact with us making sure all of our paperwork was in good standing and helped us move easily into the subject removal process.She arranged a package of moving boxes for us, checked in regularly even if it was just to say hi and see how our moving process was going and, on the day of possession, she helped and worked hard to help us gain a bit of an earlier access to allow us to move some personal items in sooner than later.I would work with Jennifer again in a heart beat! She made what could have been an incredibly stressful transaction and process a stress free and exciting experience for both my husband any myself! I am not usually a fan of Real Estate agents. I am now a fan of one, Jennifer Clancey. She sold my townhouse in 3 days a little above asking, She staged my place ( that is why it sold) then she hired a cleaning company to clean it just prior to moving out. Thank goodness, for I was so busy. Jennifer was honest, responded to my many questions and worked hard for her money. I will use her again if I need an agent and I would definitely recommend her to friends

Without a doubt selling our townhouse and buying a home was the most stressful activity we've ever done as a family. Jennifer is a professional realtor who is passionate about looking after her clients needs. She is a well-versed negotiator! Jennifer brought us a respectable offer after working diligently to get the buyer to raise their offer to a fair market value. Unfortunately the conditions were not removed, but that didn't stop Jennifer from securing another...better offer, a week later. Thank you Jen ! Working with Jen was a terrific experience. Especially for a first time home buyer. I knew next to nothing, and Jen was patient with me, educating me on the process as we went along. Regularly in contact, I never felt left out of the loop as to what was going on. We didn't rush into just any old place, Jen made sure we found the right fit for me and was a strong advocate for me and my needs. They not only did an amazing job selling our townhouse (in a day, above ask and in a downturning market) but then found us the PERFECT home. The process from start to finish was simple and stress free - something I didn't get to enjoy in my previous 3 house sales/purchases. This is the first realtor that I would not only use again but I go out of my way to mention in conversation when showing our beautiful new home to friends and family.
