Tirecraft Huntsville

Unfortunately, this shop isn't what it used to be for quality of work etc. I had an appointment for 10:30 am & waited until about 3:30 to finally get out of there. Before I left, Eric pointed out to me that the pulley that's connected to the power steering belt had to be replaced. They should've seen this when the belts were off!! As well, he indicated to me that the owner of this establishment isn't making enough money & to charge for absolutely everything......a telling sign that the company is in financial trouble, or someone's getting greedy. That's not my problem, & for Eric to gossip about the people he works for, he's cutting his own throat. I don't know if Kyle was demoted or what, as his father owns this company. At least Kyle was an honest & friendly individual. Now, he's just hidden in the background.

Super great timing! They got me in right away and had a $3000 job done the next day! It was pricy but the job was done right. From what I hear even if there is a problem with the service you get you can talk to the owner (Kyle I believe, I might be wrong) and he will make it right. All in all everyone else I tried was at least a week before they could even have a look at my car. Most importantly is the quality. The Job was done right and my car looked better than when I bought it in. Shined up the rims and tires and maybe even wiped my car down! This was my second great experience with Tirecraft in Huntsville!

Fantastic service! I got a flat while in the area, and miles from home (Barrie). I showed up at Tirecraft Huntsville mid-day, without an appointment, and the mechanics were so accommodating. My tire was damaged beyond repair, so they replaced it with a used tire with wear similar to that of my other 3. The repair and labour were very affordable, and I was back on the road in less than an hour. So grateful for their excellent service… it made a bad day, not so bad after all!

These guys hit the mark in every aspect! Their service was great and they were able to find me a spare tire to get home to Hamilton. If I lived in the area, they would be my go to mechanic. I learned they do everything but body work and windshields. Thanks again!!

TireCraft took great care of us for four years while we lived nearby. Tire changes and tire storage, oil changes, telling us about car issues that might matter to us, and responding to our I hear a weird noise" issues

Our first time visiting. We had to arrange a vehicle inspection, tire storage & winter change over for our daughter. The staff were great and we left feeling she will be in good hands.

After a horrible experience with Festing Toyota and Toyota Canada, I took my 2020 Toyota Sienna to Tirecraft to have the alignment checked. Kyle was very accommodating and scheduled me an appointment quickly, and I appreciated his friendliness and honesty. Chris took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle to me in a way that I could understand it. The entire team seemed to genuinely care and were invested in helping me ensure the van was safe and functioning the way a brand new vehicle should. They even repaired my tractor tire for me in spite of not scheduling that in advance. I will certainly be returning and would highly recommend Tirecraft Huntsville.
