Great service! They made it very easy, and the driver that delivered the bin and moved it was absolutely fantastic! We had a small hiccup at the new house and the driver was able to wait and was very friendly and personable! Great service would definitely recommend!

We're a franchize store building and rushed to finish 3 store within 2 month period in KW area; Target boxes provided us with 6 containers, the delivery and removal are always on time, and they always set up the container level, so no hard-to-open-door and no water leak into the container. Had a couple of hiccups getting the bin dropped off and picked up, but it was due to traffic issues beyond their control. They were always courteous and professional dealing with the issues. Bin was clean and in great shape. Great price for a 20' bin too.

Price was competitive, the delivery was on-time. The staff is polite. What more could you ask for?I am renting a bin for an extended period of time and can say that the inside is clean and the seal is great (watertight). Indeed I thought the storage container was so good we put water-sensitive material in there rather than the basement!

Our experience with Target Box Cambridge, from initial contact to final removal, was great. We needed to rent the container to store our furniture in our drive while our hardwood floors were being replaced throughout our home. Our fist inquiry was answered promptly and with great pricing - communications were super from day one.The delivery was on time, and a lot of care and time were taken at both delivery and removal to ensure that the driveway was not scraped or damaged in any way. The container was immaculate inside and out. When the work on our floors took longer than expected, Targetbox and Dave van Hemert (owner?) were extremely accommodating. Actually, Dave replied to our inquiries quickly and positively throughout the process. We needed a bin to store our homes contents and got quotes from 4 other places. Target box was the least expensive and surprisingly helpful. Just a tiny glitch getting Dave to respond to my questions, he said he did, but there was nothing on my end resulting in a mix up with the bin. When the bin arrived it was turned the wrong way. We made do however. Hopefully when its dropped off at our new home, it will be turned the right way!
