My experience at McDonald's was terrible. The staff couldn't handle the load and I had to wait for my order for too long. I believe that McDonald's management should take steps to improve their service and increase the efficiency of their staff. I don't want anyone else to experience the same situation in the future.

Waited over an hour at 9pm for a Big Mac. Once I got it, it literally had no meat in it. Veg sandwich Big Mac, and I actually couldn’t believe it was a McDonald’s when I saw the result. No drink because they couldn’t be bothered to get it for me and I was sick of waiting. Go to the one down the road. Montreal is full of them!

dear owner，please train ur employee， went to order rake out around 6pm on 9th of may ， missing one double big mac. this is not first time missing items. my order is around 68.00cad.

They can do better when it comes to cleaning, for instance not having the same employee cleans and delivers food.The kiosk printer did not work, and the guy at the counter refused (illegally) to give me a receipt, since the manager was downstairs.This and the decaf temperature, made my customer experience an extremely poor one.My order was accurate; had to wait a bit likely for the decaf (which was NOT at the right temperature - not warm enough).This place is open 24/7, which give an affordable food solution to people who need such.

This McDonald's is an absolute mess. Staff have no idea what's going on. All the mcflurry machines turned off probably to help with under staff issues. Just waited 20 minutes for a smoothie whilst our food got cold. Food seems to come from basement kitchen, very weird. Also wouldn't serve tap water or give us a cup cus there's a gross grubby water fountain there. Not cool.

Dirty, slow service, printing error in self-service machine, approximate language skills, no iced coffee available, warm lemonade, and burned bread. Need I say more...

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and only had a half tablespoon of cheese spread on my bagel !!!!TIM HORTONS BAGEL HAS SO MUCH CREAM CHEESEI Will be going there from now on

Overall okay service, not slow but not quick, and the kiosk printer (for receipt) just NEVER works even after visits. I had to ask it at the cashier everytimeEdit #1: they are very slow, 25 min to get a trioEdit #2: they are usually out of Mac flurry, or at least the 5 times I went to get one
