Harmony Hill Retirement Community

My mother recently moved into Harmony Hill. She was apprehensive and nervous at first but Nancy and Tammy made her feel so comfortable and at home. From walking her to the dining room, frequently checking in, sitting and talking and letting her know they were there if there was anything she needed. My mom is really enjoying her new home and it has made a huge difference in her life. She participates in a variety of activities, enjoys her meals in the dining room, has made friends and is very happy. She comments on how wonderful everyone is, from the activity team, bistro staff, dining room staff, concierge desk, everyone is so willing to help with anything. Harmony Hill has been a great choice and we couldn't be happier. Harmony Hill is an extremely welcoming retirement home.

I moved into the Grove 8 months ago. My first impression of this place was when I walked into the lobby and it took my breath away. It felt so homey and well designed. The staff are fantastic and so very caring and they were calling me by my name within days. I love my 2 bedroom apartment which is spacious and well equipped. The residence is kept very clean.I would certainly recommend H. Hill to anyone looking for a welcoming place to live and where new friends will be made.

After considering and touring many different retirement facilities for my Mom, our family landed on Harmony Hill Retirement Community. There were a number of factors that came with this important decision. Perhaps the most essential ones are that we feel the staff at Harmony are outstanding in the way that they genuinely care about their residents. We definitely sensed that the safety of the residents was always taken into consideration. As well, the apartment that my Mom decided was right for her, was spectacular. (modern, clean, functional)The staff there always make sure there is something fun, interesting and engaging happening as the monthly calendar is packed with events and activities.The food that is offered for meals whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner is always nutritious and delicious.We really can't really say enough about Harmony Hill Retirement Community. It is a very special place. We are so happy we found it!!

Harmony Hills removes their negative posts. They are charging service fees through Bell Canada for a forced service conversion. 285 residents are charged $60 totaling $17,100 on their forced conversion from Rogers to Bell. Way to take advantage of the Seniors!.

We recently had a tour for my mother in law to potentially move into Harmony Hill and I am pleased to say that she absolutely LOVED the residence and all there was to offer. From the main lobby, to the apartments and the elevators- everything was spotless. I was really impressed with the overall cleanliness and presentation of the residence. The people all seemed happy to be there and the staff were all friendly. Serena was an absolute gem and made the process so easy without any pressure whatsoever. She spent an incredible amount of time showing us around and answering every question we had. She clearly loves her job and is fantastic at it. I highly recommend Harmony Hill.

Just recently we moved our mother into Harmony Hills Retirement Community. From the very first time we originally met with Nancy to tour the facilities to our move in day, we were totally impressed, very organized, informative and caring! It was a breath of fresh air from the moment we arrived! Bridget delivered hot beverages, fruit and muffins, very caring and appreciated. Kristen your staff went out of their way to make us feel at HOME! We knew our mom had joined one amazing family within Harmony Hills, from the front door welcome, to Nancy’s well planned welcome organization, the day went smooth.You never get a second chance to make a first impression, Kristen your staff certainly superseded our expectations . Well done! We knew this was the place our mom would call HOME! Thanks again Kristen, your team cares, it shows, your leadership shines through.

Don’t choose this place. All of the promised activities have been cancelled. No outbreak or anything; they’re just too cheap to do them. The only current activities are being run by the residents, themselves. Staff members leave, but aren’t replaced. The mini bus is constantly being cancelled. Even landscaping has to be planted and weeded by residents. Home didn’t want to even pay for plants. Management is condescending and dismissive. A lot of people are moving out. The activities promised on their site do not exist, despite the extremely high rent that is supposed to include them. A huge disappointment.

I have recently moved into the community and have settled in very well. Having the resident experience manager assist me with all move-in details was extremely helpful. The staff here at Harmony Hill are very kind, friendly and welcoming. I’m happy to be here.

My mom has been at HH for almost a year now and just loves it. She felt welcome from day 1 and our tour with Nancy reassured me this was the place for her. All staff at HH are so friendly and so many activities keep mom busy. If you're reading this review, I give HH 5 stars and go for a tour if your loved ones close to needing a retirement home and I'll guarantee you'll come out with nothing but positive vibes.

My wife and I moved here in February, and are VERY happy with our choice. Wonderful staff and our fellow residents all make this feel like a true community. There are lots of activities and events to participate in--and opportunities to volunteer, for someone who likes facilitating activities, or creating new options. The meals offered in the dining room are excellent and reasonably priced, whether you opt for a full meal plan or prefer, as we do, to order their take-out several times a week.
