The hours for this location are incorrect, it closes at 8pm but here online it says 10pm. I'm sure everything else is fine, but as someone who works on the road and needs it to be accurate it's frustrating!

I spend a lot of money at this Starbucks and I don’t need to feel bad not always giving a tip. You make $16 an hour to hand me my drink at the drive through window. Don’t give me a dirty look or change your attitude when I don’t give you a tip. Ridiculous and immature. It’s not just from one employee it’s from a few!

The first ever disappointing experience at Starbucks. The attitude of the staff was unwelcoming, which immediately set a negative tone. To make matters worse, even the simplest order, like a latte, was not made correctly and tasted quite bad. I hope the management addresses these issues and improves the customer experience in the future.

I've always had good service here. The staff is friendly and my order is always correct. The inside is clean, and the drive-thru is usually fast. They also have a great selection of merchandise. Great Starbucks location!

For LATOYA, It was a mobile order and I went to drive-thru to pick it, first the barista never let me know if she received my order and I was waiting there for no reason. Then I asked her after 3 minutes if she received my order and then without responding, she asked me to go to window. I went there to grab my order, she just slammed the window on me and showed no basic etiquette for customer service. I won’t recommend anyone going there because of her. One of the worst customer service I have ever received in Canada. I got this as a gift card at my work place but she ruined my whole experience at Starbucks!!!! Receipt #70975096

I'm not sure how their coffee ALWAYS tastes better than Valleyview Starbucks. They know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino.

I ordered my drink and breakfast through the app. I wasn’t having the best morning, I picked up my drink and was heading to work when I saw the lovely employees wrote “You are appreciated” with hearts and a smiley face. They made my day with just that simple note!!

Went into this Starbucks to have coffee and was sitting there relaxing enjoying my day off. When I witness the poor atmosphere from the Managers to the staff. One of the managers who I got her name was Chris bumping into staff as they were running to get orders and she would give them dirty looks and mumbles out loud. this lady is older and is in a management position where these young adults look up to her, and this is how she treats them. The other manager didn’t even say anything. This Starbucks was not a friendly upbeat place to visit. This isn't the first time that I’ve been to this Starbucks and witnessed this, but this certainly will be the last time until they get new managers. I feel sorry for the staff that have to put up with these 2 unhappy managers.
