I just love this place! I could honestly grab a Tim’s for everyone and just hangout!Love that it’s a family business and everyone is so helpful! Extra little things matter, and they follow through in all their promises!I recently had hand surgery and needed a little extra help with the heavy stuff! They went above and beyond on delivery day! 12 times up and down the basement stairs!There should be 6 stars for this place! Bravo!

Very friendly. Quickly adapt to your needs. Will cheerfully carry out the cut plywood to your vehicle in the pouring rain. I often will go in to browse and come out with the perfect fit. Staff knows their stuff and find it for you in a jiffy.

What a great bunch of people in this store. Very knowledgeable, and helpful! Shop homegrown stores!Update: January 26/17 this is the second time I've come in here with ridiculous projects and the staff have been so helpful. Never laughed at my lack of knowledge or crazy ideas. They always make it work. Keep up the great work folks!

It is the best hardwood store I ever visited. It is not the first time I go there, but this time I decided to thank them for their service. The staff is knowledgeable friendly and helpful. The service is the best I ever had . The wood selection is excellent and they will help you to accomodate your needs, even by cutting to size. Special thanks for Jason V. who helped me this time.

I had contacted Windsor Plywood - Leduc via a Facebook Marketplace ad for some material, they made me up a quote, then saw some other stuff that was also well priced. When I visited the store, they quickly pulled up the quote, and added the additional materials I was requiring, they even banded it all together for me and loaded onto my truck with their forklift. Pricing was great, service was even better, I will be back!
