We take our Labrador Dexter for regular visits to Shaggy &Chic Apsley, Hemel Hempstead. I can honestly say he loves it there. Really can’t wait and recognises where he is going. Then almost knocks the counter over with excitement. The girls there are all fantastic. They treat every customer like he/she is their own pet. 1st class experience every time we go. Thanks so so much. Nothing is too much trouble for these girls. Thanks again ladies.

Can’t recommend Lucy and her team more. My dog always looks brand new leaving there and smells a treat. Lucy is such a professional and clearly adores all the dogs she looks after.

Always a very friendly, professional and quality service. The ladies working in the shop are lovely and amazing with my dog, and he always comes out looking and smelling absolutely fantastic, and really well groomed. Have always been very happy with the haircuts he’s received. Would thoroughly recommend!

I can honestly say I have never been to a better dog groomers, you can tell Carol and girls love what they are doing, phoebe can't wait to get through the door (would always try to get out of my arms at other's) she's always comes out looking and smelling lovely and truelly loves going

My two crazy whippet dogs are such babies when it comes to their nails being cut.... however the team at S&C are amazing and they love Lucy .. (believe that's her name) she's so good with them both. A+++

Awful service, they ruined my Poodle. Shaved his head unevenly leaving big gaps against my instructions. Took initiative to change the shape of his tail without my permission. I no longer recognize my dog, it will take months to fix. He also got home very traumatized and shaken after the salon. Taking him there was a massive mistake, I discourage anyone who cares about their dog appearance and well-being from going to this place.
