I want to thank the owners of this Bosleys. We had been visiting in the US and had found Wellness food for Seniors. It helped bring our 15 year old dog back after he stopped eating. When we were back in Vancouver, we went to the Homer St Bosleys to get more. When we saw they didn’t carry the Wellness Senior, we spoke to the owner and he said he would order it for us. Within a week the food was in store.We are so appreciative of their help and kindness.

Came in with my Wife and our pup, Ned. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Ned got a tour of the washing station and was offered some really nice complimentary treats, which he happily accepted. Beautiful store with a great selection of everything. Looking forward to going back soon.

Friendly and accommodating staff including their in-store cat, Hodu! So cute! Feels like I’m at a cat cafe when I visit. The central location and hours are so convenient as well. They always give dog treats with allergy friendly options :)

My dog loooves coming here!!! we literally cannot walk on Homer Street anymore without stopping in. The staff are all very friendly and everything is always well stocked.

Stopped by here as we noticed they had recently opened up. Didn't expect too much and had somewhat of an idea of what to get, however the owner offered to help us and ended up giving us lots of good information and recommendations! Was super friendly and helpful, and also gave us great samples to take home to help us with potential allergies for our dogs.Would definitely be coming back to this location!

Stopped in to see about buying a dog collar. I was greeted by two nice guys who didn't follow me around like some stores do annoying me with either aggressive sales pitches or loss prevention social profiling nonsense. THey seemed nice and helpful and I also liked the product (a dog collar) that I saw. I felt good to be in there store and I would recommend shopping there for all of you. I am unsure about prices as I am unfamiliar with what pet items go for but again such nice accommodating staff.

This is a great store, the cashiers are always ready to help whether it's at the checkout, in the ailes or even calling me a cab to help me get home. I'm very happy to find this store. Thank you.
