I just ordered the Mechant gros burrito" and I have to give this restaurant five stars for such a delicious meal. I ordered it as spicy as possible

I ordered three quesadillas with additional toppings. Given that the toppings were not in the quesadillas, there was also no cheese, and I found three bones in my chicken, I decided to call the restaurant to let them know. The manager or owner was extremely defensive and said that he was gonna check his cameras to see if I was lying about the missing toppings and bones (as if you can see if there are bones in the chicken from a camera in the kitchen). He said that If I was lying about the missing toppings and bones that I was going to be blacklisted" from the restaurant (as If I would ever come back to this place). This was after I spent over 50$ on three quesadillas through Uber. The food quality is SO POOR and being spoken to by the owner or manager in this way was extremely disappointing

I ordered a 4 burrito pack with tortilla chips through UberEats on April 18.3 of the 4 burritos were absolutely burnt on both sides. We basically had to discard the tortillas and eat deconstructed burrito bowls. I'm quite sad the workers thought it was a good idea to send the order out in that state.As for one burrito that was not burnt, the sauce was not evenly spread but the ingredients tasted fresh. I did think that the size of the burrito was a bit on the small side though. We got the salsa verde for the tortilla chips, but the salsa didn't taste like much.

Ordered the grande burrito with ancho pork. It was the size of a small brick. Well cooked rice and beans, not generous with the guacamole nor sour cream. Honestly, the meat could be a tad more seasoned, I've had better pork in ither places. But various toppings and fast service. Size to price ratio is adequate (17$) and you are more than full at the end.

Ordered 1 quesadilla with beans and the quesadilla had only beans and NO CHEESE! I even paid for extra cheese but nothing! Quesadilla means with cheese. SCAM business. First and last time I'll buy from this store. What a scam. The 3 tacos only with toppings on the bottom not even half filled. Scam. Never again. Lost my 40$.

Pretty good, consistent quesada. I order from here semi regularly. However, if you order online, be aware that they do not check their special instruction for these orders. I have ordered the same thing from them via delivery no less than five times, and EVERY time i ask for refried beans and literally EVERY time they give me black beans. Obviously its not enough of an issue that I will stop ordering LOL but its enough to knock a star off because 5 times… really?

The food here looks good but the flavor and quality are not great. After eating here the first time I decided to wait a few weeks and try again just to give them a chance but that didn't work out.Both times I ordered the exact same items. Large chicken burrito with a side of chips and salsa.Both times the chips tasted very stale, as if they had been out in the open air for at least a day. Sadly store bought would have been better.The salsa was the only decent thing, okay flavor and not too spicy for me.The burrito was 90% rice, had only a few tiny bits of chicken, and very little of the other filling even though I selected quite a few options. As a result of being mostly rice the burrito was incredibly bland and boring couldn't even eat a quarter of as-is. I ended up opening a box of store bought Old El Paso burrito kit and using the sauce to be able to finish eating this since I hate wasting food.This place has a lot of potential but needs to get their quality taken care of.

Foods are good. I had tacos and nachos.But I can't understand why the restaurant owner wants to play Arabic songs in a Mexican restaurant. I spent 30-40 minutes there and just heard those songs.

Store was vary clean and the emplyees were super kind and friendlyI ordered a grand burrito and got exactly what i paid for, it tastes deliciousOther ppl on google review seemed to be unsatisfied with some services but apparently they fixed the problems that were pointed out.Definitely will come again!

Staff here are lovely but price is an absolute RIP-OFF. I just paid 18$ for the smallest and skimpiest burrito bowl I've seen in my life. You're better off going to an actual restaurant at this point
