Got the machinery I needed on time. I got back a couple of hours late, but they kept it at the 1 week rate for me. Fair and honest as far as my dealings went with them. I would definitely recommend this place.

We have been renting equipment from Envoy for the last 6 years and have always had a very positive experience from the staff. During our home construction and landscaping projects, we have both picked up equipment as well as had the equipment dropped off. We have always found the staff to be knowledgable, helpful and respectful and plan on using them for all of our continued projects.

Pricing is high and equipment is not maintained well. Oh and turns out when I tried to speak to the shop foreman he's not even a mechanic. Just a bunch of unqualified techs following a welders supervision. What a joke this place is. Needs to be shut down

Equipment was not safe to use, there is no proper maintenance done on the machine. DO NOT RENT Equipment from Envoy Rentals

We made our first purchase for me and because of his customer service we went back to purchase again for my husband.Kyle will help with not only your needs but will find you the best deal for exactly what you’re looking for.No sign of any shananagans. The staff are amazing, I believe I was dealing with Rod (in the Office) he was fantastic. I went in a week in advance to place a reservation on a tractor for the weekend, when the weekend arrived the tractor wasn't returned from a precious renting customer. Rod and the team at Envoy honored the price quote provided and equipped me with a larger Tractor and trailer. It was very refreshing to have such a great experience where I, as the customer felt valued and appreciated. All of the staff from the office to the yard were great! I will only come to Envoy!Thanks Envoy for a great experience!

Great customer service, Cindy in parts, Paul in the mechanics shop, and Kyle on the rental service desk are great at what they do. Great work everyone. Always willing to help me understand the equipment I am renting and how to maximize the use of my time on the job with the rental equipment. :)

I have been working with Tractor ranch/Envoy rentals since they were a small shop in the SW corner of the lot. To see how they have grown immensely does not surprise me one bit! Tim and his staff have always been a pleasure to deal with. If I need any sort of equip. fast and at a very fair rate I call these guys every single time. They are punctual, easy to communicate with and very fairly priced. Since dealing with Gary for the past few years he is much like an extension of Tim in the quality of services/communication he provides as well. I always support local ..... but regardless of where these guys were I would go to them.
