Went there to the vast garden supply section. Friend is disabled with a power chair and had no issues navigating the store. Also accessible guest bathroom. Huge choice of various available flowers at reasonable cost.

There was a staff member watching over me as I got my keys cut at the self serve machine. She overheard my comment about her being there and watching me, and she ended up offering me a bag and then backed off. Besides that being a tad awkward, it was a good experience :)

Purchased an open box vanity from this location, staff Melani was very kind enough to assist us in loading it into our cart and wrapping the item for us. Counter staff Lourdes assisted us with scanning items and informed us of further discounts we can avail. Awesome experience and smooth transactions from this location.

I always like going to the Home Depot on Macleod Trail. There is a lot of free parking. A huge selection of products for home renovations as well as appliances and lighting fixtures. In the summer they have a good garden center for your plants and trees. The staff are usually good and quite knowledgeable in the department they work in.

The most hectic Home Depot location in the city. The trucks are almost always in disrepair, the lineups can be huge. I understand it’s in the middle of the city but can you at least try to make sure things are running smoothly? Not sure if I’ve been there on every bad day they are having but this location is not my first choice even if I’m in the area.

Came in looking for a solitary time to do some crafting with. The gentleman helped us find one and gave it as a sample for us to take. Wonderful customer service other than the gentleman at the front door yelling at everyone who walked past about some special that home depo was offering.

Your man Phillipe helped me tremendously this aft In the electrical department. He took the time to show me In detail and physically do most of the wiring for a new plug replacement on my severed 100 ft outdoor extension cord.Very nice to deal with, very knowledgeable, Friendly and solved my issues with care and attention. False advertising, made me go back to take a photo of picture and then won’t honor prices. Cashier acts like you are taking money out of her pocket. Wont be back to this location. You can clearly see they are marked down! Bottom shelf is 10$ top is $15

Has just about anything the diy homeowner would need. Generally helpful staff just some are not very knowledgeable about the products and less so about the proper usage of them. But overall I would prefer to spend my money here than the Rona or Lowes any day.
