My company has been dealing with CCE for years. We recently purchased all new Samsung machines for our clinic and I can't say enough good things about them. Our sales rep Shweta is extremely friendly and helpful. Their application specialist is very knowledgeable. They have very knowledgeable techincal staff overall. They go over and above with their warranty and promises. I would highly recommend CCE and Samsung Ultrasound Machines.

We have been using them for service for well over 10 years, Aldona finds solutions to work within our equipment budgets; Tracy is always so quick to answer emails and work within our schedule to set up PMs; Nabil is so helpful when it comes to figuring out equipment issues, and seems to always be available when we need him. I have nothing but amazing things to say about CCE Medical, specifically Shweta, she has answered the million questions I had with not one complaint and not to mention always a fast reply. After close to 10 credit applications Shweta stuck with me and was such a help I literally could not have done it without her! Once I was finally approved for my equipment she drove (2hours) to come set everything up and give me a very in depth tutorial and has been there for me to ask questions the entire time! 10/10

Our team recently purchases a portable Ultrasound machine from CCE Medical, we cannot say enough good things about the help and service we received while personally working with Shweta. The communication and customer service provided by Shweta has been amazing. Demos on the machine had to be set up outside the regular 9-5 working hours which she always accommodated. Very knowledgable about the equipment and patient with us while we started learning.We look forward to working with CCE Medical again, highly recommend!
