Better than the old one. Space could have been used more efficiently, instead of grass in the middle of the park some more features could have been added. Nothing really stands out as different or creative, Ok if your from the area but not worth a drive

Sure gets busy here but has everything you need in a skatepark. Nice covered area and parking available.

Big newer park. The large spacious size is the stand-out best-part of it.For such a big park it is flatbar'less. The quarter pipe to red metal fence, with the steel mesh surface-covering that people ride across, should have just been a regular quarter-pipe with coping. The red metal guard rail fence should get taken off and steel-tube coping embedded in the top edge of concrete. The layout angles (hard to hit the left side of the Pier 7) could have been better. The Pier 7's top-surface is angled upwards too much (the end of it, is too much higher than the start of it). A design or construction error. They dangled the top surfaces of things at skate parks for the water to run off, but this obstacle is completely covered by the roof and didn't need to be angled at. It doesn't skate as good because of this. People would like it and it would get so much more use if it had been level. The rail beside the Pier 7 is a little too high. The top leg looks mis-constructed to be...longer than the lower-leg (should be the same). Shame, that's a prominent main obstacle that I don't see get as-much-use as it should.I wish the skatepark parking-lot was paved. Dusty-mess in the dry-summer, with cars driving over it.

Nice skatepark. It is always open, not closed Saturdays and Sundays like this says. No lights though, so only rideable during daylight hours.

This skatepark has everything for all skill levels. Plus some obstacles you wouldn't find elsewhere. That said, you generally find only really good skaters here so it can be a bit intimidating. The bowl though goes from mellow to vert which is very nice fir progression.

Very good park for all levels, there's friendly skaters and the scooter kids arn't as annoying. Most of the scooter kids have skateboards and skate them. The skaters were kind enough to teach me how to drop in!all tho people keep waxing the ledges making it almost impossible to even nosestall and they made the choice of putting a basketball court so close that it is possible for the ball to hit the skaters.
