The Owners of this company are truly great people. The processes they use to design their cabinets are also some of the most technologically advanced in the industry. I used to work for them, and can say first hand they really do go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Rest assure, if you have any issues with your orders they are always eager to help.Even though I’ve moved on, I hope to see them continuing to grow!

My first vanity arrived missing the C-channel. Took me a month to get that replaced. Then my master bathroom cabinets arrived and wow, talk about poor quality control. The company apparently tore off some stickers but decided not to fully clean the residue off the veneer. One cabinet was missing the hardwood bracing necessary to mount the cabinet to the wall. Another one had a major gap because they are using dowel construction and apparently don't believe in wood glue and clamping until the glue dries. The edge banding doesn't match the rest of the veneer. One section of veneer was ripped and the company decided to just mark over it with an ink pen apparently. Ikea cabinets are built better than this junk01/06/23 update - The dealer submitted a warranty claim for a replacement cabinet for the one missing the back bracing. Guess what? The replacement cabinet was also missing the bracing. So now I have 2 cabinets that I can't hang on my wall. The incompetency of this company is astounding.01/30/23 update - I didn't even notice this until I went to install the hardware on the cabinets, but each cabinet face has red pencil markings on it that Bellmont couldn't be bothered to clean off. Fortunately I was able to scrub off these marks without damaging the surface. SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS COMPANY.

When I worked here I was threatened, disrespected and humiliated, three supervisors sat in a meeting with me and this guy, he tried to skip through the whole situation, than he started crying but right when I asked him how does he do that?

Extremely negative experience. We paid in Aug for top of the line Bellmont at $80K. After several delays we were shipped items that didn't match, were damaged, not square and bowed.My cabinet installers refused to install because drawers interfered with other drawers and were not square. 50% of doors are bowed and off squareThe Bellmont rep came and agreed. The screws to hold the drawer faces were penetrating the face with a sharp point on many of the bowed, off square faces and doors.After much delay, Bellmont agreed to replace defective drawers, scratched and dented boxes, de laminated edges for most of the cabinets. after two delays, for REPLACEMENT of DEFECTIVE goods, from Dec 6 to Dec 22 and now Jan 6th.Bellmont stepped up to the plate and did a quick turnaround and everything was repaired. The cabinets look amazing. I appreciate the effort they went through to get this done. I know it wasn't an easy task.

$10,000 for a vanity and bathroom cabinet. 50% of the drawer/cabinet panels had defects, scratches or off-alignment. All were replaced with un-usable pieces that did not match. Oh, and it took over 3 months with several delays. Better quality pre-fab pieces available, don't waste your money.

This is the worst mistake we made! Cabinets came damaged. Drawers are falling apart! Was sold wood and instead received dust! Once the sink was installed it got even worse! The doors had a chemical reaction and turned yellow! My contractors said this was the absolute worst kitchen quality they had ever seen! Stay away

As a kitchen and bath designer, I've sold Bellmont for over 15 years. I'm still selling it today because they offer a quality product at competitive price points and are always working to curate their products to stay environmentally responsible and on trend.Recent supply chain issues were unlike anything I've seen during my 22 years in this industry, but Bellmont communicated regularly and has made every effort to get cabinets delivered as soon as possible.Pandemic induced supply chain delays took a toll on every aspect of the remodeling industry and cabinetry was no exception. Things are getting better and Bellmont cabinetry is worth the wait!

Worst cabinet company. I placed order for a glossy white kitchen, all doors came scratched because of how poorly they were wrapped and missing protective film, one of the cabinets came in the wrong size, edge banding material isn't cut to size and was sticking out.We filled a warranty claim and after a month of waiting for replacement cabinets, we finally got them delivered. From just looking at the packaging, I am pretty sure there will be issues again.These cabinets aren't worth their price and headache if you decide to get them from Bellmont. I can tell you that Ikea cabinets are of a much better quality than this garbage.Would not recommend this company and actually I am filling a complain with the better business bureau as it turns out Bellmont doesn't have a return policy!

Horrible place, management is sup par, lazy workers, bad environment, human extreme to on bathroom floors, absolutely horrible product. Hr staff is a bunch slits that wear skimpy outfits in warehouse. Do not suggest buying, working, or even going there for any reason.

I have been working with Ed Curci from the Stile & Rail office in Bellevue, WA for a bit under a year now. This project has been very personal for me, as it is for my own home and something I hope and plan to enjoy the rest of my life. I knew right away that Ed was a man of moral integrity, patience, and creative ideas.Although I was admittedly undecided and delayed in making design choices, Ed stuck by me and never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. He helped my sort some of my rather bad ideas and skillfully crafted them into feasible, beautiful and practical design elements.We received our (very large) cabinet order last week and while we have not installed them yet, I quite literally *GASPED* when I pulled back the packaging to evaluate. These cabinets are even more stunning than I could have ever hoped for!! I feel such a sense of relief that I worked with Ed from Bellmont. A quality cabinet package is no small undertaking and no light cost - but the value and style behind his thoughtfulness and creativity has made it more than worth it for my husband and I.I'd also like to thank the two delivery drivers who drove over three hours to deliver such a large order. They were kind, careful, and it even felt as though they were genuinely excited for us.Our cabinets came carefully packaged and stored, and I am confident that our install process will be a smooth one.Thank you, Ed, for your 5 star service. I am SO happy we were introduced!
