Planned Parenthood - Niagara Falls Office

I had a very unpleasant experience here yesterday and would love to make a formal complaint about the nurse who came in to do my intake forms but the contact button on their website doesn't link to anything. If you want to feel safe and unjudged in your health care environment, dont go here.

The ladies there are WONDERFUL. I love coming here wether is for my birth control or just the annual check up/cancer screenings, etc.

I arrived 45 mins early and I still waited 30 mins past my appointment time to see a doctor

Absolutely and entirely uneducated. Completely unorganized. Highly recommend anywhere, but here or planned parenthood in general.

Before going into my appointment, some of these reviews made me worried that I would have a bad experience. HOWEVER, I had a *great* experience. I waited about 20 minutes before i was taken to a room by a nurse- I was in and out in about 50 minutes. ALL of the staff were very nice and friendly. I definitely felt comfortable there without any judgement. This was my first time going to Planned Parenthood (its much easier & faster to get an appointment at PP compared to a typical OBGYN, and they accept most insurances) for an annual exam, I will definitely go back in the future.

So freaking slow! Had an appointment at 3:55 and still sitting here at 5!

I rarely do bad reviews but I have to say something for here. I went there yesterday. I set an appointment for 10 AM and I didn’t get anything by 11 AM. As my husband had to go back to work and couldn’t wait longer, I had to chase the nurse 2 times to get someone to come and do it already. At the end they did but as I didn’t have any time I had to rush out of the place without getting any “after-care” recommendations. I don’t know what’s going on but time management is horrible here. If I will wait 1 hour, then why did I do online appointment and check-in? Rather than that, everyone is lovely, they make you feel comfortable and explain you all. The only problem you gotta catch them :(

After moving back to N.F. after being gone for 17 years its not easy switching over your health care providers. Especially since a lot of places have scheduled dates far out for new patient appointments... so I was very happy to get an appointment here within the same week but after going to this location I am very upset with the amount of time it takes to be seen by the doctor. I waited 2hrs to be seen by the doctor before I finally walked out of the room and seen all of the nurses just standing around talking. When I walked out they then called me on the phone to discuss me walking out. Being that this is not the first time that this has happened at this same location there is nothing to talk about at this point, my time has been wasted once again, just sitting for 2 or more hrs! What I want to know is why every appointment I've had, had a long wait time when there is no one else in the waiting room????!!! The place is practically empty so what's the hold up? I see now... everyone's standing around talking. I'll go elsewhere for my health care needs. Somewhere where my time is valued! If I could I would give them a -5 star rating but they get 1 star for the quick time they're able to get you in an appointment.

One of the slowest and rudest Planned Parenthoods I've ever experienced. Waited 4hrs with my fiancee for an appointment that shouldn't have taken longer than hour. The receptionist was beyond rude and was lazy and kept giving is options that didn't require her to fill out the paperwork.
