Called all month to confirm my appointment. Finally get ahold of them a week before, they said my appointments on Monday. I call them all Monday morning, I get there they tell me it’s on Tuesday then give me attitude when I told them I called to confirm and that I’ve been calling all morning with no response. It was super dead in the office too.

This place has the hardest working receptionists in the world. Called over 30 times and receptionist are always busy. Left multiple voicemails too but completely understand they likely haven't attended to any voicemails considering how busy they are.

I Have only good things to say about Dr. Ung and her office. Seeing that I was nervous about a small procedure in her office, Dr. Ung talked to me through the entire thing, and helped get my mind off of why I was there. She answered my questions at both visits, and I didn't feel rushed.

Great clinic with efficient service. Did not have to wait long to be seen. They are sometimes open on Saturdays as well. The doctor who took care of my father on the weekend was very friendly, thorough and definitely knew his stuff. Thank you for the excellent care!

Don’t bother with this place. Came with for scheduled appointment. Door was locked. Closed. No notice.

I really don't like robot voices calling me to confirm an appointment, but that's life these days. I give this clinic 5 stars because Dermatology is a difficult specialty. If you are a patient, ask lots of questions and don't be shy to show the Doctor what might be bothering you. If they say that's fine" and it still concerns you a few months later

Horrible communication and customer service. Please do not book here. You will be leaving voicemails constantly because no one ever picks up the phone. And leaving voice messages on the weekend are not valid even though they have a voicemail machine. They just want your money and nothing else. Don’t go here.
