First time using these guys since our photographer was fully booked and we needed these photos done last minute. They took the photos extremely quick to the point I thought they were screwing around. The next morning I got back all the edited photos and all I can say is I am impressed! This was the fastest turnaround and we’ve been in business for 3 years and worked with many photographers.

I had used Houssmax exclusively for years because I was able to rely on the photos getting sent between midnight and 7am on the same day they were shot and the pics were always nice and bright. But now I'm finding the turnaround time is much later than they guarantee. As an agent, we rely on a specific time because if the pics are not uploaded onto the MLS by 7am, there is a major delay in their upload to realtor.ca. Secondly, the photographers adjust the saturation level in the photos to the point where the colours are not accurate. After dealing with this more than once recently, I've decided to stop using them.

Great photos. I get lots of compliments on the photos from my Sellers. Great work. Ive used them for the last 2 years in the GTA area and if I have to use a different photographer because my listing is out of town (and Houssmax doesn't travel that far), like in Niagara for example, Im not too happy about it and always nervous.....and the pictures are never as nice as I get them done by Houssmax.....Houssmax is the best!!!

I ordered houssmax to take pictures of a condo property for a relisting. They took better pictures than the first photographer and even got pictures of all the amenities. They turned out very professional and look amazing! They were easy to book and work with. I highly recommend.
