Cute little place, seems very popular. Service was extremely fast, and the food was amazing. I got the fish and chips, probably should have only ordered one piece as the pieces were huge. My partner got the special of the day, a Chipotle pasta with bacon. We ended up sharing each of our meals because they were both that good. Our waitress was polite, confident, and efficient. Next time we are passing through we will be back!

Nice little spot on the patio...waitress was niceWe had the pizza. Crust was excellent, nice sauce. Real bacon not crumble.I approve. 4.5 stars

Stopped in Port Hawkesbury on our way to Sydney. Decided to check out Papa's Pub & Eatery for lunch. The service was fantastic, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious! I would highly recommend stopping in and checking it out for yourself!

Had lunch. Fish & chips. It was okay.Fish was juicy but really brittle so it was difficult to enjoy it. The fish coat wasn't what I expected either. It seemed like the coat was made with breadcrumbs (panko) like chicken tenders, not with batter like Im normally used to.Overpriced for an underwhelming dish but the staff was kind.

Totally enjoyed my first visit.. have been craving a Greek salad and it was on the menu and fantastic! Paired with lightly breaded haddock and deep fried cheesecake for dessert. Best meal, best service . Highly recommend! Is definitely my favorite restaurant now

ATTENTION CABOT GOLFERS.If you are heading back to Halifax for a flight stop by Papas pub for fresh food.We had house made donair & a fresh chicken sandwich. Sweet potato fries > regular fries.Enjoy.

Grabbed a quick bite on our route towards Cabot Trail. We had an excellent service and a decent seafood chowder. The food is not exceptional but it hit the spot. The fish and chips was served with commercial tartar sauce in little packages, that was disappointing, but the sweet patatoe fries were excellent. They have plenty of variety on their menu, so if you are a group, everyone should find something that will suit them.
