They did amazing with my 11 year old doggie! They seem to genuinely care about the animals brought to them. Super awesome staff! Fair prices! Dog look and smells great! You won't be disappointed!

I live behind this place and the amount of times they've left dogs outside barking non-stop in the hot sun makes me both mad and sad. I would actively discourage people from taking their pets to this place.

Bo was happy with his visit. Just a quick nail trim, in and out in no time, and now he doesn't click around on tile floors. Fast affordable, and friendly.

Truly a wonderful place. They did wonderful work with my puppy and were very attentive that her first grooming wouldn't be a stressful experience. Definitely recommend, and will come back in the future.

They take both mine same time and they get shaved right down. They are fast pleasant and no complaints. And they do bark in harmony at home.And they do our kitty's claws anytime. And since cleanup for our older cat who's never been. And they survived him. So all good.

Amazing service. Made my 100lb mastiff with anxiety feel calm and comfertable. She came home smelling great with treats and a toy. Awsome service and friendly staff. Everthing you could ask for in a groomer.

Absolutely butched the wife's dog. Who shaves a shitzhus face to the point where you can't even tell its a shitzhu. Also , I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to shave a dog's whiskers. Don't take your pets here.

So my dog has gone to groomers his entire life. We just moved to the area and were looking for a new groomer since he goes so often. I went here after having a not so great experience with another one in the area. They have great reviews so sure why not give it a whirl. Completely disappointed they ruined my dogs face shape left his tail hair long when asked to be shortened while the rest of his body is short. It's uneven on his face specifically. All his whiskers are completely gone. He looks awful I'm so sad. Spent money for him to be cool for the hot weather and now he looks patchy I could have done better at home. Also at pickup he was closed in a small cage area screaming at the top of his lungs. Not okay. Any other place I've been they let them be out in a larger area.Now I have to go elsewhere to get the cut fixed. He is also getting congested,reverse sneezing, has runny eyes and is scratching since being home.

The owner is very kind, as is her staff. The reason for the low rating is their inconsistencies. Several times I've packed my kids up and taken my dog there during their buisness hours and they are closed upon arrival. I always call a few times prior to showing up but they never answer their phones. And the rare times I have gotten through and asked if they had time, they've said yes! Bring her in. And then I get my kids ready, dog packed, and they're closed when I get there. This has happened a few times. It's incredibly frustrating. But over all, they're kind people. They just need to be better with consistency. I can't see myself tipping 20% anymore because of this.
