When I thought I lost everything, Kenedacom recovered about 90% of my data. Very kind and helpful staff. The price was a bit high for me but the fact that they retrieved almost everything was definitely worth every penny. 10/10 recommend :)

One thing you don't want is to have to see any data recovery expert, because if you need to see these guys, then it means your hard-drive is broken. BUT, if there is any company you should go see, it's Kenedacom.I have had the misfortune of having 4 or 5 instances of needing data recovery, and everytime, I went to Kenedacom. So, clearly they know what they are doing.They produce quick results and every time I leave, we say to each other, I hope we don't need to see each other again soon

Just want to reach out to those of you that read these reviews. First it is extremely rare that I give five stars. I am doing this due to the professionalism, communication and courtesy that Kenedacom handled my request for recovering my data.My external hard drive was dropped and Kenedacom was able to do a full recovery in a time frame that met my needs.As I remarked earlier about Kenedacom's professionalism, it comes down to as small as my personal information was, there was constant communication as to the levels of retrieval that was needed and where they were at, which most compagnies fail at today. I did not have to chase them down to find out what was happening!Highly recommend Kenedacom!!!

The team did a good job restoring my data and before starting advised me of what data had issues so that I may decide to move forward or not. As it was minimal and not important enough to me, I went ahead. As I was not in a rush to get my data, they also let me pay in interest free installments which helped me out.
