Excellent experience overall. My son was checked by Dr. Ricardo Lobato De Faria yesterday. It never felt like going to a walk-in at all. Appointment booking was very efficient as you do it online. Decent parking, building is clean and friendly staff too. Dr. Ricardo definitely has his ways of breaking the ice. Son was anxious at first while we were seated in the waiting room as it was not the same clinic that we normally go to but he came out laughing and in great spirits after the check-up.

Have gone several times for myself and kids, always a great experience. Dr Ricardo Lobato de Faria is always friendly and well mannered. Love that you can book online and you are in and out in no time. Office is exceptionally clean and organized, receptionists are wonderful.

This is the first time I have been seen, treated and gone home with a prescription in less than 30 minutes at any clinic. You book ahead so you aren’t sitting for hours in a waiting room. Both Doctors are extremely efficient and professional. And as part of the LGTBQ community appreciated the gender inclusive washrooms.

Very positive experience. I was seen, got my prescription & home in an hour. Dr. Katalnyk was great both times I saw him. The clinic is spotless & well organized.

We didn’t have a great experience. The receptionist was very nice however the doctor (Dr. Blake Kalturnyk) was dismissive and in and out of the room as fast as possible. He basically finished explaining the diagnosis & treatment as he was walking out the door.The concept of the clinic is excellent and so was the ability to get examined with an X-ray quickly. I just would like to have seen some compassion and bed side manner from the doctor.

Dr kalaturnyk is the most arrogant doctor I have ever met. Save your time and go elsewhere. He does not care to help people. He walks out of the door before you can finish talking. I went to him with a genuine concern and he just blew me off and laughed. He has no compassion at all. He still made his money off my Visit though even though he did help me.

Clean facility, friendly staff, efficient booking system, and top-notch physicians - what more could you ask for in terms of medical care?! Our family has been to KALO twice now for minor illnesses and we are so appreciative of the services they provide. I truly believe this facility is helping to alleviate pressure off our hospitals to the best of their ability and I wish our city had more clinics like KALO. Dr. Ricardo has treated both myself and my daughter who was 4 months at the time of her visit - he was so amazing with her and we were in and out of the office within a few minutes. The on-site pharmacy is a huge bonus and they had our prescriptions filled within minutes of me dropping them off. Excellent experience all around.

Won't let me book Dr. Lobato anymore. Was not like this before. For family medicine now only. Would not recommend. Got a reply saying We are also a minor injury clinic. This should be done by your family doctor". Kind of rude."

Dr Blake Kalturnyk is not professional in that he is cold and unfriendly. A doctor must be compassionate in his manner in order to help people. He did a thorough enough job about my daughter’s broken foot, but I wouldn’t want to work with him again.However, Dr Ricardo Lobato de Faria friendly and very pleasant to work with - at the same clinic. I recommend him and give him 5 stars..

We’ve went to this clinic a few times and saw Dr. Ricardo Lobato de Faria. I’ve never met such a caring, well mannered doctor. If he was accepting new patients I would definitely want him for both my son and I. He seems to truly care and goes above and beyond.I’d definitely recommend this clean, organized clinic. The staff are super friendly and patient and as mentioned the doctor is truly amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
