Placed an order for online pickup before 8:30pm. Pre-paid and the order was confirmed. When I arrived to pick it up at 8:50 the lady working told me she was closed. I told her I was here to pickup an online order. She shrugged, checked her computer and told me she didn’t make my food and she’s now closed, proceeded to walk away.I called kfc Canada and after 30 minutes I got told a refund will appear back in my account in 3-5 days. If not call again.

I wait a half an hour the manager was packing the bags when I finally got the food the manager didn't even put everything I ordered in the bag I was missing the macaroni salad and everything was cold I am very upset and when I called about the missing item the girl just said oh sorry and hung up something reallyNeeds to be done with these employees retraining would be a very good idea

I'd give less, but 1 star is minimum. Can't get certain deals unless you order on APP. Can't ever get their APP to work. Their service is very slow, minimum 30 minute wait to place orders. I guess their staff is like their APP, don't work. We'll be going to Mary Browns in Woodstock for chicken from now on, it's a half hour drive there and again back, but it's still quicker that ordering here, and better food too.

False advertising! They used to sell very good chicken.....now it's just small chicken wings.....no bread , no salad .....just fries and a couple wings and triple the cost. Remember a couple decades ago when KFC tasted good even cold out of the fridge. No more.....now just saturated with old fat to make you feel full from a couple wings. Pure marketing strategy and a failure. Other chicken franchises like Popeyes and Mary Brown's are taking over KFC market share....fast Not surprised they are closed Mondays. Not due to Labour shortage Colonel Sanders would not be happy with head management.

The only thing that I can say is make sure after you put your order in that you have the right stuff there's been a couple times we got home and we did not have the right order I know that they are very busy and understaffed but if you double check you're fine they do their best that's all anyone can ask for.

Stopped in on the way home to Delhi. Wife bought a 10 piece to take home. She had to wait 10 minutes for fresh chicken, sure glad we did. Couldn’t wait till we got home. We each had 2 pieces in the parking lot. It was hot and cooked perfect. So don’t complain people if you have to wait for chicken to cook. You can’t beat, right out of the fryer KFC.

Service has slowed down a bit recently as I've noticed that the drive-thru wait time can be anywhere from 5-15 minutes. You may also have to wait for a few minutes to place your order.

This place is one of the worst restaurants in Tillsonburg. The chicken was sitting in at least 3 inches of grease in the bottom of the bucket. The fries were half cooked. The gravy was so runny that it didn't stay on the fries. The salads were even worse. None of them were refridgerated, or if they were, they were warm and smelled bad. The new cuts of chicken pieces are like someone took an axe and hacked it up. The new pieces are absolutely repulsive. The staff are robots and act as though they could care less about even being at work. Management should be investigating this place and doing a complete overhaul. If they don't, this place will close in the not so near future.

Worst food i ate. Stale, cold food. I am long haul truck driver i was hungry. Came to the town for delivery and have to stay overnight here. But there food spoiled my whole mood. Chicken was so oily. Everything was very cold not even warm. They should close the store instead of serving bad food.
