Mike was super friendly, very communicative, and above all honest. We had him look at our washer and dryer and he told us there were no problems. He didn't pressure us to repair or replace anything. 100% recommended. Hopefully we won't have any appliance issues anytime soon but if we do we will be calling Mike back.

Mike from Master Appliance was able to fit me in his schedule the actual day I called. My oven needed a new ignition. He was here, didn’t make a mess, was professional in every way. Luckily he stocked that part and was done within a 1/2 hour. I would not hesitate recommending him for your appliance needs. Service was excellent.

Had an issue with my Kenmore stove, contacted on a Saturday and had appt. scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Mike was professional, friendly and courteous. Diagnosed my issue, replaced the part and tested to make sure everything was working as it should. Will definitely use this business in the future for any of my appliances!!!

My oven stopped working after using the self clean function. Mike had availability the next day to assess the issue.He was very professional, diligent and honest. It was determined a part had to be ordered. He quickly followed up to reschedule service once the part arrived and worked with my schedule. My oven is now working again!His communications are via text which was preferred by me. Extremely fast response time and he was very detailed and clear.I would recommend Masters Appliance Repair to anyone!

Michael very quickly responded to my request for an appointment, asking pertinent questions in regards to the repair. He was on time and professional. He explained what he was going to do and made the repair. After the repair was completed, he explained again what he had done. The price was very reasonable for the service provided. I contacted Master Appliance Repair when my stove stopped working completely and my dishwasher started running on it's own. Mike responded to my text within minutes and arrived on time the next morning. The problems were discovered and resolved quickly. Mike is very professional and honest and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Hopefully, I will not have problems anytime soon but if and when I do, Mike is who I will call.
